Thank you so much for this tutorial.. this is the tutorial for the beginner like me who haven’t done any crochet before but is very much willing to learn..
This is so cute, as I watched the video I created my own sunflower granny square, the way you explained how to do everything was so helpful! Thanks so much! 😍🤗
Before I found your video I found another but I got discouraged bc 1. She made a magic loop w/out demonstrating and then right after that she said this isn't for beginners you shouldnt make granny squares. I'm a beginner (literally started the other night) and I was able to make 4 granny squares in two hours because of your video and from others that didn't discourage beginners to not do it bc it's "hard"
I would do 3 double crochet in each "hole" followed by a chain 1, and repeat. For the corners, do 3 double crochet, chain 2, then 3 more double crochet.
I used this pattern for a shawl, and I ended up needing 1 skein of brown ( I have quite a bit still left over) 2 skeins of yellow, and then 2 skeins of white. For a blanket, I would recommend that amount to be tripled, so 2 skeins of brown (because I had some left over) 6 of yellow 6 of what ever border color you choose to do. I hope this helps!
You've probably made it by now but were you putting the second triple crochets into the next hole rather than the same one on the corner parts? That's what I did at first til I figured out what was going on 😂 How'd you get on?

Thank you 😍😍😍
Thank you very much, is very clear😊🌻
Love this tutorial☺️
Can you tell me what the measurement is for this square? Thank you
Once that part is done could more rounds be added. Would it be all double crochet as in a regular granny square? I'd like bigger squares.
thank you so much
You should read book or some sorta narration bc your voice is soooo sooooothing!!! (New sub btw). Great tutorial too!! Ty
At 10:57 I think a baby was crying 😂 and love this I have mad it so many times
What kind of edging did you use
I'm also try this it is very helpful for sister tq
Thank you. I'm making these now. Yours is tight. Mine are kinda loose. 😣
That just adds it's own uniqueness!!!!!! I'm sure yours are beautiful!!
Mabey try using a smaller hook it will be a bit harder but your stitches will look perfect😉
Baby crying in the beginning of the video distracting but love your teaching very good and clear

Where can i find the totorials for the nice hats
... also called the Sunburst Granny Square 😁
So funny, I thought I was the only one who wrote on my scissors! I write "Sewing ONLY."
thank you so much!!!
How would I make it one round bigger
Thank you so much!
I sure wil thanks again
I’ve followed this twice and I’m getting only three corners???
Never mind I figured it out thanks
How would I do another row
I would do 3 double crochet in each "hole" followed by a chain 1, and repeat. For the corners, do 3 double crochet, chain 2, then 3 more double crochet.
If you're allowed to post a picture, please do so. I'd love to see how it turns out!!!
How many skiens of each color would be needed to make a throw/lap blanket
I used this pattern for a shawl, and I ended up needing 1 skein of brown ( I have quite a bit still left over) 2 skeins of yellow, and then 2 skeins of white. For a blanket, I would recommend that amount to be tripled, so 2 skeins of brown (because I had some left over)
6 of yellow
6 of what ever border color you choose to do. I hope this helps!
Do you have the written pattern. I am having a hard time getting the outside of the flower to be a square.

It's very fair of you to assume that I am my child's sole care taker. Have a great day!
