    Just an FYI for anyone who wants to make this. When she says “double magic ring” JUST DO IT. I didn’t. And I struggled so bad with getting my first 4-5 to lay flat. So I decided to stop being stubborn and try it. Magic! It fixed my problems. Idk how or why but just do it.

    Would it still turn out the same if I only did 14 petals? It seems that I can't get it to 16.

    • @AnitaLouiseCrochet
      @AnitaLouiseCrochet  9 месяцев назад

      No it wouldn’t work. It would mess up the next rounds when you start working on the corners of the square.

    Beautiful blanket! Can you tell me how you joined everything and made your border? Also, can these squares be made larger for a regular sized blanket?

    • @AnitaLouiseCrochet
      @AnitaLouiseCrochet  4 года назад +2

      Sunny Smile I joined them together with the continuous join! Here is a great video tutorial: ruclips.net/video/kKsb_1YTV4I/видео.html I haven’t tried making them larger for a regular sized blanket. But I’m sure it could be done. Maybe by adding another row or even using chunky yarn? Thank you so much for watching!! I hope your blanket turns out amazing!!

    how much yarn did it take for you to make your blanket? I’d love to make a regular sized one for myself, I’m just a bit daunted in terms of how much of each coloured yarn to buy 😱😱

    • @AnitaLouiseCrochet
      @AnitaLouiseCrochet  3 года назад +4

      Hi!!! I bought 2 in each color and 4 of the white. And I had some left over. It was just a baby blanket so it was smaller, about 38 x 38 inches. So you’ll need more if you want a larger blanket! I used the Caron simply soft for my blanket and each skein had about 300 yards in it. 🌻 ❤️🌻💕
