This is first yoga I have done in awhile. Changed jobs/career so my life is a little out of whack and I am struggling to get on the mat and to other workouts. But this felt wonderful Sarah ❤
So I just completed this yoga flow and boy oh boy did I need the intention card today in practice and for the work day to come. I typically go slow pace but this flow was what I needed to energize me. I find it so comforting when you give key moments like ‘you did it, keep breathing, etc’ You rock!

SaraBeth is Cool . Can’t say it enough. Calm the breath in intense poses and be mindful and do same off the Matt when facing intensity. Simple and effective SaraBeth.. Now go play and practice and experience make some mistakes and come back to SaraBeth. Learning is infinite so take your time and breathe right SaraBeth. BTW.
