I am an owner of a Model X too. My car suddenly died while on my way home two nights ago when the warning "Power Reduced and Service is Required" showed up on the screen. Then, the car stopped completely by itself within the next few minutes. Reset screen and restarted car, all gears turned red on the screen, with a new warning "Car cannot be Operated". My Model X is still with the service center and I will not be seeing my car till next week the earliest. Wish you have a better experience with your Model X. And, I agree with Kim, wish there was a real person to talk to on the phone once something like this happens. But, Tesla like to use msgs txting, and I had to wait for their txt replies. Anyway, great channels you guys.
My boss got a Model X and it went to the shop within the first 6 months. Cool EV but Tesla’s reliability is awful. You need to buy 2 because one of them will be in the shop

Added after market auto frunk within 1 month of taking delivery of my Model X. Would almost never use it otherwise so it’s very important to me. Very easy install if you’ve ever done car audio work.
The falcon wing doors do not work as well as they did pre-refresh. The problem is not the sensors, it's the programming. They rewrote the logic for different chips they had to use due to shortages. Then the noise canceling is nothing but a noise maker! It does not work!
I wish the rear screen was easier to reach, even for adults sitting there it's hard to reach. Wish the hood was power open/close. Wish the swipe to close apps was consistent with directionality to close. I wish the screen tilt and audio channel would save to driver.
Great dialog! In addition to what was mentioned, I think a HUD and a rear sensing trunk (kick) would be nice. I was actually surprised to note that this vehicle does not employ 360 surround camera views. Thanks again!
Hi Kim, I got my 2023 Model X. For some reason when I unlock my Tesla. The outside door handles are not working. I am running software 2022.40. I don’t see a setting to change. Trying to figure out if this is a service problem
I have a note on the falcon wing doors. Over 85F, the left passenger falcon wing door tends to malfunction and senses something that is not there, then it refuses to open after opening just a few inches. In order to override in, I have to open the front door and touch the center screen. Visited service center and got new sensors last year. The same door still shows the same hesitation in hot weather. Looked up Tesla Motors Club, there are numerous occasions of other Model X owners having experienced similar situations. Guess I just have to live with it.
Good news! All you need to do is pull the charger directly back towards you. It just clips in around the edges. At first I was like 😬. But it’s just a slight tug. I had to get coins back otherwise I’d lose my mind.
Do you have any trouble with airflow in the third row vents? The SC here said that all refresh Model Xs have weak rear vents because of the way they are designed. We really only feel air back there when the fan is above level 8 or bioweapon is on.
On the wish list, I would like Tesla to add power frunk and no-touch leg-swipe auto open and close for both frunk lid and trunk door. I also wish Tesla to use UV-resistance glasses since I don't think I have to spend $1,700 to do all-around ceramic tint for such an expensive car. Mine costed me $155,000 USD.
I think the wings are polarizing. Some people say it makes the X look like a seagull. Regardless, I am the only person who's bothered by the wings not opening evenly? One wing opens slightly slower than the other and it looks like it has a lazy wing.
The lack of spaces to hold things in the back puzzles me. All cars have at least a net in the back or the front seats that the kids can use to hold their toys except the model x. Even the model y has them.
you have to add hardware, namely the LED lights. Tesla should have been more thoughtful on the interior design, especially it is a $120,000-170,000 car.

No Bluetooth? We decided we want to get the X Plaid, but Tesla doesn’t make it easy to arrange a test drive for an X. No response back after repeated requests.
By no Bluetooth, it was meant no Bluetooth for the rear screen in the second row. Now is the best time to order the new Plaid with the price drops. The drive is phenomenal trust me
You do realize Elon does not make every decision for Tesla and he isn't in the factory manufacturing cars on a daily basis, right? He is the CEO of several companies, Tesla, The Boring Company, Twitter, SpaceX, Neurolink, Solar City, and former owner of PayPal, etc. I'm sure you took the vax with no question regarding the CEO of Pfizer's integrity, huh? If you hate Tesla so much why are you here watching videos on Tesla? GTFOH
A 2 year old should not look any tv in any circumstances, there are so many studies about it. There are several studies how bad it is for a kid in development, especially if it is done on regular basis. Speech issues, aggressiveness, restlessness and learning difficulties in later stages are just a few of the known symptoms it can cause 😢
You must not have had children in the last 15-20 years. It is nearly impossible to keep children away with all of the screens everywhere, not just TVs.
There always has to be at least one Karen in the comments and here she is! If you even follow Kim's video's, her daughter does not show any signs of speech issues, aggressiveness, learning difficulties, etc. Clearly Kim is raising her kids quite well! Keep your 1972 opinions to yourself!
she talks about bad parenting move when she mentions the screens and shows for her daughter, while we can clearly see she commutes with her kid in the back without a seatbelt.
