Noticed that all male fitness is def8ned by muscle ,,,nobody does any cardio. Obviously their in good shape but wonder what their cardio is like
I would like to do cardio, but I don't eat enough and I would lose my muscles and strenght I build in 3 years.
You guys shouldn't be doing this! It's not advisable! Please stick to chair based squats and resistance bands. Remember, no more than 3 workouts a week and no more than 45 minutes a workout!
