    I’m 53. HIT or nothing! I’ve seen real gains within the last 6 months. Yes, recovery is paramount! Bust ass! Recover…. Bust ass, recover! That said, I am blessed with exceptional genes so 3-4 days of recovery per muscle/ muscle group is my sweet spot! 6’4”, 240lbs, 36” waist ( still ) broad back and chest, large quads and defined calves. I do think that genes have a huge part in one’s ability to grow after 50, and the quickness that growth accrues!

    Did I hear him say “Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday off, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday off” ? When exactly is he training??

      Everyday except Wed and Sunday

      Train Monday, Tuesday take Wednesday off Train Thursday, Friday, take Saturday and Sunday off. It's simple.
