Because unironically, and I mean it, 80% of these bans on Samira are from support players. Mostly enchanters. I'm seeing Zed being buffed despite his high ban rate. I wish they'd do that with Samira so that these elo inflated enchanters drop down to the elo they deserve.

@@kreeperkiller4423I don't understand the enchanter take to be honest. Lulu polymorph/R cucks Samira, Janna Q/R cucks Samira, Milio and Nami have more trouble but they can also neutralize Samira all-ins, good fucking luck ever approaching the abortion of a champion Karma is.
So what, are we talking about Sona who takes a beating from everyone anyways? Seraphine who's a terrible enchanter regardless? Soraka? Hell even she can easily cancel Samira's ult and restore hundreds of hp to deny the all-in.

The thing is, the champ feels so horrible to play in so many cases because she is chained to literally be good with 4 or 5 supps, most supports don't work that well with her and it doesn't help that she is such a low agency adc with 0 item choice, i have mained her for almost 3 years now and all i've experienced is her getting less and less item and runes options over the years. You simply don't have many win cons, and her win cons used to be stronger or easier to achieve before but now they feel underwhelming too
If they changed her passive to interact with roots or Stun, it would unlock some much more of her potential. It would be such a better character in lane and teamfights

@@Taran_MVP Samira’s passive extend knock ups by 0.5 sec when you right click on the target. That why Rakan/Nautilus is her best support duo.

It means that they thought Draven was underpowered for pro-play but overpowered for regular games, so they pretty much equalized him for worlds.
Proplay and casual power levels are very different and Riot has to cater to both.
I'd much prefer a little balence so many unplayable champs at high elos and so many zero counter play champs like yaso and pyke
I don't feel like she deserves a buff anyway, she's not doing that bad if anything other champs deserve it more
