Samantha Williamson of Pearlgrace & Co. on bass and harmony, asked these two amazing musicians and friends to sing and play a few with her at a recent Bluegrass camp in Branson Missouri where Samantha and Evan were instructors this year and Hannah has been an instructor in past years.
The three know each other originally from competing in Silver Dollar City's KSMU Youth in Bluegrass competition over the past years. Farnums were always top competitors and have an active performing band as well as Hannah currently playing 🔥hot fiddle in the Clay Cooper Show🎻 in Branson. Hannah is also a Winfield Fiddle Champion! Evan Anderegg is the lead for his family band The Anderegg Family and they were the 2022 KSMU Youth in Bluegrass second place winners with incredible harmony!

About 10 years ago, I was standing on a subway platform in NYC. I was on my way home from an awful day at work. I was late on my rent, my car had been towed, my bank account was overdrawn, and I had just used the last ride on my MetroCard. I was hungry and I knew I didn't have any food at home. I wouldn't be paid for another 2 days. As I stood on this train platform, a homeless man with a guitar sang this song, tears on his face. I gave him the last $3 in my wallet and stood there on that platform and cried with him. This song will always remind me of that moment.
