Classical violin & piano at the start for Samantha & Grace who continue classical today.
First called: The Williamson Family Band-played some local churches & the girls did a little contest fiddling. Changed the band name to Pearlgrace & Co. while living in China (2017ish).
Channel began in 2011 w/ a Suzuki violin journey. Added a studio of 25 home school kids/parents who wanted to learn to play violin & other instruments w/ excellence unto the Lord(2012 Stillwater, OK): Wind & Strings of Praise
2019 post living abroad, Brandon Foust on mandolin, & Williamson little sister, Elizabeth on bass joined. We played more bluegrass, later got hired at Silver Dollar City(3 different seasons) for 2 days during annual bluegrass & barbecue festival in Branson USA!
We love singing 3 part harmony, pickin' & traveling!

This is the only song on the album and in the documentary that was not written in the 19th century.

About 10 years ago, I was standing on a subway platform in NYC. I was on my way home from an awful day at work. I was late on my rent, my car had been towed, my bank account was overdrawn, and I had just used the last ride on my MetroCard. I was hungry and I knew I didn't have any food at home. I wouldn't be paid for another 2 days. As I stood on this train platform, a homeless man with a guitar sang this song, tears on his face. I gave him the last $3 in my wallet and stood there on that platform and cried with him. This song will always remind me of that moment.
