Great option for the guyot / nalgene stainless water bottle 32oz adventure bottle www.shopstanley-pmi.com/produc... 24oz utility bottle www.shopstanley-pmi.com//produ...
It's funny, it's now 2019 and I'm looking for both those Stanley water bottles; both the Utility 24oz bottle, as well as the Adventure Multi-Use 32oz water bottle. It was quite cool seeing both in the same seven year old video !
I was looking for the Guyot, and couldn't find it. I found the 24oz Stanley and am pretty happy with it as well. Although I did get in contact with Guyot,, and they are going to email me when they become available again. Should be about 3 or 4 weeks, if I remember correctly. Nice video. Thanks.
Nice looking bottles, seems like they do very well. I've got one of the guyot 32oz. ss bottles but I haven't gotten out to try it in the bush. Hopefully this spring we'll be doing some hiking and camping. Thanks for the heads up.
Beast, you probably already know about HumanGear's Capcap which is not a cup, but allows you a better drinking experience and can be put on Camelbac or Guyot or Nalgene bottles. About $6 a pop. One thing is our glacier cups probably won't nest as well with the Stanley, but this looks great for a cheap bottle in the car! Thanks for the vid as always.
Good looking bottle. However the boiling capacity of the larger one with the screw off cap is still 24oz. I found a 1L Filzer Kewl brand SS bottle with screw off top at a local outdoor store for $11.00. For an extra $3.00 you can get a replacement cap with a flip top drink spout in it. Still for the price of the Stanly units, one can't really complain too much.
Good vid beast. I've seen on some forums, etc. that the Guyot's are hard to get a hold of right now. I've had mine for a while and love it, but these do look like a great alternative. One thing about the Stanley's that perhaps you can report on again later - any thermos type or travel cup containter I've had with those rubber O-ring seals has eventually started leaking; sometimes sooner, sometimes later. But at that price, maybe it doesn't matter.
Nice video beast. I have a Stanley Utility Bottle like the 24oz but it's 32oz. I go it at Amazon for 13 bucks shipped. I think it's a great piece of kit and half the price of the Guyot. keep the good vid's up.
Fantastic alternative, but not quite a killer. The Guyot's still more adaptable, being compatible with all the aftermarket Nalgene covers and other accessories.
Excellent! I think you sold me on these and I will look for them on my next BiMart trip. Currently I am using a Klean Kanteen which has been quite serviceable. BTW, OregonMike is a great link to share . . . thanks!
Wow! Well, ya can't beat the price but the car cup bottom will be a bit less stable to prop up in the fire. I didn't know about these......thanks Beast!
Wow, wish I knew about these before I bought my Guyot and Klean Kanteen. I love the KK but at the price point of the Stanleys how can you go wrong? I also love that you can use the lid as a mug on the multi-use version. BTW, I have watched many of your vids but don't think I have commented much. Your vids are always useful and informative. TY
This is a very cool bottle! Does anyone know if Liberty Bottles are safe in fire? I hear they have a foodsafe plastic liner or something, but I can't remember
have you found anything for a 32oz water bottle that will nest inside of the stanley 24oz SS adventure pot/cup? i have looked high and low and have come up with nothing? thx
can't buy them anymore.... :( if you know a place to get them please let me know. I gave mine away as prizes now I do not have one. idiot............. They are great!
oh man, i didn't mean it that way. I bought 10 LOL and gave as prizes and gifts. I did not know they were not making them anymore or I would have kept one. No big deal, I an just glad you are enjoying it friend.

I just knew Stanley could put out a container that could rival the other outdoor options. Thanks beast & OregonMike.
Nice. The wide mouth and sports drink top is pretty cool versatility.
The "coffee/tea cup" is an unexpected bonus if needed. Sweet.
these finally showed up a my local wally world today! I got 2 of em for $8.88 each! hope I get some time this weekend to try em out!
Oregon Mike is cool. He turned me onto these Stanley's too. Not exactly bomb proof, but if you are not super rough on them, they'll hold up just fine.

Thanks for the review. I have been looking at the Stanley Outdoor Stainless Steel 32oz Water Bottle. Gotta love anything from Stanley.
Very cool..
Thankfully I have a Guyot bottle.. they're really hard to find lately.
Great review.
Don't forget the Klean Kanteen! Also a great alternative to the Guyot's. Though they don't have the fancy sipping/cup-like caps.
I prefer these over the guyot because of the drinking spout have had the 32 oz one for over a year now and is still going strong .

Just bought 2 of these. They are great! One for my kit and another with emergency survival stuff in my car

These are EXACTLY what I'm looking for! Great vid. Thank you!

I sure hope I can find one of those, they look great!!!
Very cool! Always looking for a common man bottle.
I have seen these and have almost got one. I use a kleen kanteen...Nice video.

Cool water bottles. I'm going to be lookin for these.
Hi. Ive had two of the first bottle that you show and they are great! As you say, cheaper and lighter than the others and work just s well. Cheers

Love my 32oz Stanley cup, got it at walmart for less the $10.
I like the water on the go bottle but the lid is stupid heavy.

it's a shame you can't hook a spring loaded bale inside the container...I would hate to drill holes tho maybe the cap would still seal them ?
can't seem to find these anywhere round here :(
Nice, are those u.s. made or china?
have you found anything for a 32oz water bottle that will nest inside of the stanley 24oz SS adventure pot/cup? i have looked high and low and have come up with nothing? thx
Sorry I don't have one
+Martina Dejaquiz HOW do you expect a 32 to fit INSIDE a 24 ???? THINK for a minute..... its rather impossible....
+Rob Aldridge it would if it were tall enough and it is not impossible. THINK for a minute..... its possible....
+Martina Dejaquiz taller would stick out not fit IN a container of proper diameter would have to be 1 1/2 times as tall as the outer pot...
+Rob Aldridge ok

can't buy them anymore.... :( if you know a place to get them please let me know. I gave mine away as prizes now I do not have one. idiot............. They are great!
I love mine Stan. But now I feel a bit bad. You should have kept it.

walmart here sells all of these in the sporting goods department.
