      @ileanarb6939 when l started, l do 200 a day, that means 100 morning and 100 in the evening straight for 2 weeks after that l do 100 a day

    😃I did it!!! I didn't think I could do this because of my knees but after watching a few videos I just did it!!!! 🥰And enjoyed every minute! I felt like I was right there with all of these kings & queens 👑 ❤❤❤might not be able to walk tomorrow but I am going to do this workout every other day🏃🏾‍♀️Sending love from 🇺🇲

    Notei que as pessoas que estão aí têm o bumbum enorme. Isso é devido a esse treino ou eles também levantam peso?

      Not all lift weights. Mostly is from just doing this

    Does this get any easier on the knees? I did the video for almost 20 minutes but I had to keep pausing it; my knees are hurting but I’m determined to get through the whole video.
