- Hey guys! EA .5 Experimental is finally out and we're going to take a look at what the changes are and get some gameplay in! There are a LOT of good changes coming into this experimental patch and I'm really looking forward to you guys checking it out along with me!

I love how the development team is active amongst the community!!! I posted a goofy pic on reddit the other day and they even interacted there as well!!!!
They should add simple interactions too like sitting on a chair, and also ordering food for your home fridge, NPC's in the casino boat, more cars, more retail business types, and more end game content, because this game has huge potential but it just lacks a few things.
They are adding NPCs to the casino and new animations there as well! I agree more cars would be cool, and they are definitely working on new retail businesses I'm sure. I think that end game content will continue to come in, I'm honestly looking forward to my first Rival interaction outside of an introduction. Hopefully soon!

I agree! It would be really cool to get a bit more immersion with the city itself. Who knows maybe one day it'll come, Rivals is just a step in that direction at the moment so we have SOMETHING at least in that regard. It would be cool to get "Contracts" or something along that line. For instance maybe the City has some sort of investment need within one of the districts, so as a reward or something you will then get some sort of Business subsidy of sorts with the city (like a tax break), and you have to meet some level of sales growth to complete the contract. Just an idea that popped in my mind just now lol, but yeah I really would love more immersion for sure!

Is there real estate in this game that can be rented? A stock market would also be cool but would need to be self moving and not be able to be taken advantage of by knowing the way it moves.
So there are very limited iterations of both stocks and real estate at the moment. Investments are somewhat required to do however you don't get much choice in terms of how investments work it's merely just investing in one of six funds (that show what they yield) and adding to those investments over time or drawing them out. Real estate is not fleshed out almost at all in terms of a real form of business. It's likely going to be worked on in the future however I'm not 100% sure on that entirely but at the moment you just buy property and you can rent out that property but it doesn't rent for almost anything. It's essentially another investment vehicle at the moment. I really would like to see it become another form of business at some point, maybe as an end game business?
I played this a few months ago and my biggest issue was controlling the cars with the keyboard

If you buy a nice car it has auto park, game changer
@@seanmatteo3523 parking wasn't the problem trying to go down the road it just went back and forth from one side to the other
with 0.5 if you drive at straight line it auto corrects the car's cruiser and you drive parallel to the lines.
Also you have plenty of money to buy a 2nd rounded shelf and put there expensive gifts, you will double your income with a small investment that will stay.
They should add some kind of R&D department for all your businesses where you can make new products ie new phones, tablets, earphones in the electronic department. They should also allow us to own automobile businesses which would make the R&D dep even better
Well according to the Roadmap we will be making our own products in the future! Perhaps that will become a thing and maybe we can create custom products that we sell in our stores. I think it would be cool for instance to create a product that is made better and for cheaper than a competing product like the ZanaMan Phone as an example. Would really make a cool dynamic in the game, though I'm sure that would add a LOT of work on the development!
I can hardly manage three plus stores I cant imagine developing products or the people doing I guess
Yea cool idea also how much computer will have to be updated to just run it... Starting to get Win 10 glitches and managment Probs +

just came in to tell you that if I can't scroll a video forward/backward in my overview list I'm not watching it. Watching on the list negates commercials and makes for a much smoother viewing experience. Cheers
