I've been consider8ng this game for a month. You may have finally convinced me. The wide range of things that can be done here is amazing. My only dislike is the top down view. But it seem so good. So much that can be done.

Hi. Great video. I am actually at the moment playing the latest version of this game(6) but it is really interesting to see how game has developed and i have definitely learnt a few things. My current and first play through is on normal difficulty but i think my next play through will be on hard to give me a challenge. I have liked all your vids i have watched so far(a few where your V6 update vids). I have also subscribed. Keep up the great work. Your presentation is top knotch. Kind regards Gary

Just a note: the visualization is accurate to the efficiency only and only if you are in the business. As long as you are not there it runs purely based on efficiency numbers. Example. a retail capped at 40 customers can work with 2 cash registers ("efficiency simulated", as long as you are not in that business) But, that second you walk in, the efficiency is based on the visualization. So if its a fast-food retail, cashiers do a lot of walking and they cant keep up even if they are supposed to (2x20=40, 40 capped retail). but also, the second you walk out, its back to its number based efficiency. conclusion: i am talking about retails. in the case of warehouse. machines do the job, workers do supply runs. So i am not sure if the walk distance actually matters (because of poor the machine efficiency) and only if you are in that factory. But anyway, i suppose you will not spend any more time inside after you are done with building the factory. So, it rly does not matter where the shelves are.

I come back to the game after each update to see how it's going and have so far been pretty impressed. But looking at the discussions on Steam it looks like they have gone live with these numbers. They seem to have really messed up the factory part of the game compared to everything else they have done up until now. They seem to have ported in a factory system from a 10 year old game which is a major disappointment. With all the factory style games that have been released over the last couple of years I think there is no excuse. We shouldn't be having to guess how many conveyor belts we need etc.

Hello Delod! I love your videos, its perfect to watch this while i play Big Ambition on the other screen. On the factory i just want to say what i have tested is that you dont need empleyee on all input /output all day. keep a belt before /after so it stack up and you can aslo have a splitter on input and send all output to a long belt. Not sure on how much this do to profit since wages not that big cost. Thanks or the good work on this series on Big Ambitions already looking forward to the next!

The new update is a great one but still some heavy bugs especially on the dropdown menus. Tip for a new playthrough: kid inherits an old factory and starts from there.

On profit, jewelry is production intensive but you get huge profits. An M1 jewelry store in Midtown makes you 250k a day. Phones also great but complex.

Hi Delod, I have meanwhile tested all factories to see if from a fully H1 factory they can make profit and sustain volumes of an M1 store. Best volumes come from whisky, wine and cigarettes where you can support almost whole New York. Bakery goods and fast food are troublesome. For fast food you need a full factory for each of the goods and still barely support an M1

It looks like you could add another input station to each side of the blender, maybe that could double the production? Idk I'm still poor so haven't been able to fiddle with factories yet

As things stand as they do now, I view factories as useful for eliminating the reliance on imports and being subjected to shortages. I currently am producing enough soda, fries, cheap jewelry, and expensive jewelry to supply my shops. I've already had a fries and jewelry shortage since I started making factories but wasn't affected.

Hey. Can not figure out how this works. I've added blueprint to 'My Library', visited Interior Installation but the blueprint and the address I've chosen don't appear. Have confirmed that the blueprint and my property have the correct building size, in this case M1, but the design just doesn't appear. Any ideas or hints greatly appreciated. Cheers

I think 18 burgers per hour is enough for one business wit a 30 max customer per hour? Cause you will also sell other stuf. In worst case I at least thing 2 burger machines will be enough for one business. You can have your factory run 24 hours as you say

What I would like to see, is that you can build a basic factory for 100.000 max that can cope with 1 medium shop. Then be able to upgrade the machines to level 2 and above providing you higher outputs at a scalable investment cost. Building 10 factories for 1 good also do not make sense

Factories are fun but do not make sense economically. I would like to have my investment returned in 300 turns ( games are mostly 1000days max). So 900.000 over 300 is 3000 depreciation per day. If you then only make 700, that is 4 dollars depreciation per fries. It should be 0.04 instead. So production needs times 10 and cost divided by 10

you need to add the cost of raw materials in addition to wages for factory workers logistic manager and delivery driver, currently manufactoring is more costly than the importers

Testing my first factory with Zanaman Phones. Took me 4 days ingame to set it up. now waiting for workers. Nice! P.s. The numbers are right. EACH machine takes 8 minutes to do fries. Since you have 4 frying machines (halfing the time) it takes 4 minutes working together. Thanks for this video, hope to see more factories in the future.
