Just found your channel due to a recommendation someone gave on the Big Ambitions developer Discord and immediately subscribed.
This is *EXACTLY* the type of content I love to see. In depth testing and experimentation to try and expose the machinery behind the scenes.
The only problem is that now I have so much new (to me) content and I have to choose between watching and playing Big Ambitions. (Yeah, I know - rough life, right?) Cheers!

Great video and coffee shop is indeed the worst business. Note that you can sell all prime products of the coffee shop in a supermarket, you always face double competition on it with lousy prices as result. That is why I love clothing stores as you only sell clothes there and thus easily control the market.

On prices when having monopoly, you can have 100% on pricing if you take max green in Hells Kitchen, add 10% in midtown anddeduct 10% in others. So yes you can have red prices in midtown and still have 100%

If you did the full 24 hours to begin with, and then opened each day based on those times, would the profit margins be even better? Like, each type of good and storefront seems to have a schedule of its own, open to close, like the supermarket has no sales over night, etc. each one has an optimum opening schedule, and is the margins better running only those times, or 24/7 or 16/7....
