What do you do for extension ladders on carpet (large interior jobs ect) I was thinking about getting cover grip ones? But as of now I just put the ladder feet directly on carpet and cover as needed ect.....
I would probably put down a yoga mat or a pad. I haven't had many issues with having ladders on top of drop cloths and carpet. I do like to use Butyl drop cloths nowadays as I've been buying more and more. I found the cover grip drops to leak through very easily, even just with a few drips of paint.
@@cwrowe are you wondering about the grip or about if it's bad for the carpet? Grip wise it should be okay although I would be hesitant putting my ladders directly on someone's carpet just out of cleanliness or damaging carpet (if it's nice carpet). It probably wouldn't hurt carpet but you never know and it's just curteous to protect the client's carpet
Nice tip! Thanks!

XC Painter do you think it’s ok to put extension ladder directly on carpet? I haven’t had any issues but sometimes it runs through my mind
