  • This aerobics cd was prepared in 2005 by Dr Vivek Bhartiya ,and includes all segments of exercise right from warm up session to complete work out to cool down segments .each segment is designed to work the complete body . so enjoy the complete aerobics class .

    Excellent Aerobics Dr Sir, I was looking for true aerobics and enjoyed full 49 Minuets. This video is 6 years old, it is better if you upload new video sir with some new techniques. Really enjoyed this one. Thank you
