I'm a former military training instructor looking to get back in fighting shape, and you're an awesome trainer. Seriously, I've gone from trouser size 38 to a size 36 in the span of a week. All I did was moderate my eating habits and exercise to your vid virtually everyday during that time. Thank you tons!
Love seeing all the comments. We filmed this class in Okinawa Japan with a bunch of excited fitness enthusiast! Great experience. Depending on how much energy you put into this workout...I would say you can burn 500-800 calories. Have fun and thanks for watching!

On peut y voir des EXERCICES à faire au quotidien (photos et videos!!), suivre les Exercices qu'on fait dans le temps, gérer et programmer ses SEANCES, créer ses propres CHRONOS pour ses séances cardio, suivre son POIDS et son IMC, se lancer des DEFIS, etc...!
@gosska1995 I FOUND IT!! after crazy amounts of research cause I heard it on this and had it in my head for ages...it's enrique iglesias dont turn off the lights. i reckon its someone's remix, i couldn't find the one used on this though, but we have a basis!! youv'e probably already found out by now, but there we go :)

doing this 5 times a week, doesn't get any easier but i can feel my stamina increase. great work out!

a cello is a musical instrument, losing 20 cellos sounds pretty expensive.
