I'm a smoker and today i took the decision to quit. I've tried it before and I was doing fine for 2 weeks without cigs, but incidents in my life in combination with low levels of dopamine (thanks to nicotine addiction) forced me to start smoking again. Now that things are more stable, this video helped me find out foods that will help me boost dopamine and crave smoking less. Thanks for the tips :')

good luck! same with me! From my experience beware of number 3 (days, weeks amd months) I always relapsed on that time through my attempts. Or when you feel you got through the worse one tends to drop the guards and has ‘just one’ and relapses again…Good luck!

Like this video said, an overdose of caffeine will hurt dopamine production in a long term - and I personally believe most coffee drinkers overdose caffeine.
