A lot of the deficiencies listed from dopamine sounds like a lot of the things I’m feeling, I mean a lot, I’m on anti depression so would it be safe for me to use tyrosine? I just got some vitamin d3 because of the use in mood improvement. I’ve also looked at trt and my levels were really low and then low normal. Overall I feel horrible and hopeless and all I have recently are negative feelings and thoughts

Now they seem to push cod liver oil for amazing benefits. Claim it is a better anti inflammatory than turmeric. You get vitamin d and a, your epa and dha? (Spelling), and probably a lot more benefits. One has to be careful with cod liver oil, majority is so processed that they wind up adding vit a & d. Find a good one, the oil should always be refrigerated. No pill forms.
BTW, thanks for your comment, I remember reading about fish oils and how good they are for the brain.

So i’ve been taking Sisu @25mg (5X’s per week) and have noticed a big difference in my strength & stamina during physical activities !!!
FYI >Our power went out on the weekend, and I had to climb the stairwell 4 floors, more times than I would have liked,… Last year, my legs would feel like jello just below the 2nd flight, so I couldn’t be more pleased & grateful to the nurse who casually mentioned the above-noted 🙏🏼

Adrenal fatigue perhaps. How do you handle sugar? Do you eat processed foods or do you cook your own? Do you think you might be hypoglycemic? Treat sugar like the plague, and caffeine is deadly on the adrenals. Try to eat lots of fresh complex carbs. Leafy lettuce and other nutritious vegetables. Even carrots are a no no, considered a simply carb or it covers to sugar. Also potatoes. Good luck.

Tried to stop coffee many many times before and always relapsed after a few days due to the massive depression and lack of motivation to do anything. Its not a real derpression coz I cured it with two strong coffe cups so many times before... This time I got some tyrosine, vit b6, folate, and wating for my Iron suplment to arrive. I hope it works. Tyrosine with some hot cocoa drink did help me a lot this morning, but I still miss that kick in the ass that coffee gives me. That feeling that no matter what - you can handle it.

That’s why a healthy correct form of Ketogenic lifestyle works...Keto pretty much blanket cover those bullet points and fit right in helping to support an efficient dopamine level. Add liver to your diet will help even if you are on Keto already, it is a very nutritious food along with oysters. Eat your spinach and avocado, Belgium endive is great choice. I’m not a fan of fast food or dirty keto, get your meat, fat, and dairy products from grass fed animals as much as possible because you are what you eat. Honestly, a daily healthy Keto meal will include some form of greens, not much but it will definitely have that. I’ve tried carnivore diet, it worked very well but it is not sustainable for me personally. Keto is more suitable and realistic for me if I want to go long term. Health is life long investment and project.

I eat more fat and protein rich food and vinegar now with low carbs and fasting it does the world of a difference along with excersize.

I work on 1 gram of protein per kilogram of bodyweight. It's an easier calculation for most people. Keep in mind I'm also talking kilograms and you're talking pound. 👍

Just came across your video, so many doctors think it's ok if your Ferritin level is above 20 as a male or female. They won't suggest a supplement so what would you do?

@@DrJanelleSinclair I have a son 21 and daughter 18) and their level was right at about 21 for Ferritin. Some doctors don't suggest taking a supplement yet when I do some research it seems that a person would want it to be higher and not that low. So I get confused.

@@jjpauline1828 I'd suggest that you just supplement yourselves with iron. 50-100mg a day would be great. Then retest levels 3 months later to ensure they have improved. In module 5 of my free online course about depression and anxiety I discuss nutritional deficiencies including iron. I have information about testing and supplementation in there. www.drjanellesinclair.com/ecourse I've included a supplement guide also in the course
