should i take b12 or b6?
am a 17year old:'
if i do have low blood pressure, do i not have to be concerned about a weakening of my adrenal glands?!
Not necessarily but it's worth looking to see if you have the symptoms of adrenal fatigue. Check out my video on the topic
Can dopamine levels be checked in the lab
Can I take the L-tyrosine with 5 HTP? How will that effect dopamine?
See my video on tyrosine and 5htp: Do you need to take them together?
Thanks x
Just came across your video, so many doctors think it's ok if your Ferritin level is above 20 as a male or female. They won't suggest a supplement so what would you do?
You mean below 20?
@@DrJanelleSinclair I have a son 21 and daughter 18) and their level was right at about 21 for Ferritin. Some doctors don't suggest taking a supplement yet when I do some research it seems that a person would want it to be higher and not that low. So I get confused.
@@DrJanelleSinclair yes, I meant to say the levels came back right about 21 and 22 for Ferritin
@@jjpauline1828 I'd suggest that you just supplement yourselves with iron. 50-100mg a day would be great. Then retest levels 3 months later to ensure they have improved. In module 5 of my free online course about depression and anxiety I discuss nutritional deficiencies including iron. I have information about testing and supplementation in there. www.drjanellesinclair.com/ecourse I've included a supplement guide also in the course
@@DrJanelleSinclair Thank you so much! I just came across your videos and I look forward to learning more. I'm trying to educate myself around nutritional deficiencies, anxiety and OCD. I appreciate your time and expertise. Many thanks
My right ear has a dopamine deficiency 👂
❤Thank you❤
