Giving up alcohol will keep happy hormones stable. Alcohol is a depressant in a can really mess things. Just a little alcohol can leave you feeling unwell for a few days. While a regular drinker will make you depressed as your brain chemistry is imbalanced. Irony is, people drink to make feel better but it has the opposite effect. Giving up alcohol is one of the best things I've ever done!

Yes agreed w you very much, the outcome of getting DOSE will make you look young and fresh daily. Sickness always far from you. +ve attitude surely within yourself. More friends and stranger will go near you for shot talk and they will feel happy from your talk and energy you transmitted out surrounding you. I was practicing the DOSE but never knew that were such hormone exist. I do believed that DOSE hormone too can fight against sickness such as cancer.
