    Giving up alcohol will keep happy hormones stable. Alcohol is a depressant in a can really mess things. Just a little alcohol can leave you feeling unwell for a few days. While a regular drinker will make you depressed as your brain chemistry is imbalanced. Irony is, people drink to make feel better but it has the opposite effect. Giving up alcohol is one of the best things I've ever done!

      I've been clean from alcohol for about two years now. Alcohol really is a nasty drug. We don't need drugs to increase the "feel good" hormones, we've got everything we need inside our bodies... I discovered that I just needed to change my mind. Good on you John!

I pause periodically to lay my hands on the trunk of a tree that appeals to me and Breathe deeply and slowly, while listening to birdsong and feeling the calm of the forest.     Yes agreed w you very much, the outcome of getting DOSE will make you look young and fresh daily. Sickness always far from you. +ve attitude surely within yourself. More friends and stranger will go near you for shot talk and they will feel happy from your talk and energy you transmitted out surrounding you. I was practicing the DOSE but never knew that were such hormone exist. I do believed that DOSE hormone too can fight against sickness such as cancer.

    Y cant we go for tablets....i have tried all these especially to balance these harmones but still i don feel dat m completely all ryt.....still i feel difficult to grasp then eventhough i sleep the whole night still i feel m incomplete plz suggest some solution for this......
