I did do some research and have found that while Black salt is good for digestive issues, it should be used sparingly because it contains fluoride a known neurotoxin. I personally avoid using fluoride for my family. I will definitely look into this deeper and possibly do a video specific to black Himalayan salt in the future.

Did you watch the video? Salt is essential for our bodies and not the enemy. Sodium is part of our electrolytes and necessary for proper function. When you watch the video you will see iodized salt is not healthy but others such as sea salt and especially Himalayan pink sea salt are.

We only use Himalayan pink salt.Haven't try the black yet but will .

Yes it’s my favorite too. Takes a very small amount to season too.
Sea salt contains plastics,unless it's derived from France or a source not contaminated such as pink Hymalayn

Yes the salt in moderation is safe for those with high blood pressure and kidney disease. It takes very little to season foods.

It looks like it’s a sea salt mined in Utah, so it seems like it would be very beneficial just like other sea salt.
