My friend is a cientis and she said, salt is salt all of them are sodium. I'm so glad I found your video. So I decided to buy Real salt from the USA. In my researched I found out that real salt from the US is familybown and they control the quality from the mine to your table. Himalayan salt is not, I don't know about Celtic salt. Love❤ your videos.❤
I have been on a health journey for the past 3 yrs. 1 of my problems is I loved salt. Sooo instead of giving it up entirely I just cut back and started using pink Himalayan salt. So thank you for reassuring me and my choice.😊
I just checked out the ingredients in your electrolytes powder and noticed it contains maltodextrin. Why would you ruin your product by including maltodextrin?
Meat especially ruminant and eggs 👍🏻 we do absolutely need a good salt and our body will eliminate it if we over do it either through sweat, pee or poop. Research the amazing carnivore videos.
I use Redmond sea salt. Do you have the video that tells the dangers of Morton salts ingredients, how it's stripped down and how toxic the anti caking agent in it is toxic. I'm looking for the one I seen in 2020, it was one of the best that grabbed mine and others attention and made us immediately toss the Morton salt and in some cases the off brand salts such as Great Value brand, just pure garbage.
And why is there Silicon Dioxide in a drink mix? AND another commentor put this about maltodextrin, "He has addressed this source, before…from organic tapioca. Apparently, it’s ok"
Silicon dioxide is not harmful if added to certain supplements in small quantities during manufacturing (it helps to prevent as much clumping). You can also find it naturally in leafy greens, beets, bell peppers, and certain vegetables. -LGD Team
You keep saying mined salt. Well it's say that on the label. I have pink himalayan salt it does List all the nutritional value. Does this mean it's fake
Thank you so much for this info. I've been told Celtic is better than Pink Himalayan. What's the difference? Also, is Celtic pronounced Seltic or Keltic? I always said Seltic, but I've been hearing Keltic. But they aren't Drs haha
We love Celtic, Pink Himalayan, and Redmonds Real salt! I think depending where you're from, it can be pronounced "Seltic" or "Keltic". The difference between salts are where they're mined from and the amount of minerals found in each! -LGD Team

Most health people have written for years that magnesium oxide is the worst form of magnesium. I've avoided it for years. I haven't actually seen it in a while, so maybe companies realized it's bad and people don't want it.

All my pain from neuropathy in my feet Disappears when I use the Right salt!!!!😊😊😊😊
Redmond Real salt is the best.
I just checked out the ingredients in your electrolytes powder and noticed it contains maltodextrin. Why would you ruin your product by including maltodextrin?
Cause a little bit of sugar helps shuttle the electrolytes. Hence why it's included in most iv bags.
He has addressed this source, before…from organic tapioca. Apparently, it’s ok 🤔
@@barefootjamie143 That's a you problem. I love magnesium oxide. Totally got rid of my arythmias, restless legs & sleep problems.
Our maltodextrin is Tapioca, not from GMO Corn like traditional maltodextrin. -LGD Team

Thank you for your videos and healthy information. It's great to find a real Dr., that has people's well-being at heart. 💯
You could almost say that he wants us living good! 😂
@@layinlow77 YES, you can surmise that!!!
I like Ava Jane's sea salt it's mined look into it !! I agree with a comment about maltodextrin why would you ruin the salt by adding that?
What food and seasoning can we eat then. I'm getting crazy. I'm not eating anything then because everything is bad
Use pure spices from Indian, African, or organic markets and fresh herbs.

Research the amazing carnivore videos.
Don't forget a source of iodine. Himalayan and sea salt doesn't have it. Take 1 or 2 drops Lugols or eat sea weed.
His multi vitamins has iodine in them, and his vitamins are clean, organic real ingredients, that's how I get my iodine.
Use Trace Minerals iodine drops or essential minerals or Kelp capsules
Thank you. I wondered what the difference was. This is extremely logical.

Thanks so much for sharing this post. This is very helpful. Dr. Livingston your a amazing person who cares about people's well-being.
I just bought Himalayan salt coupe weeks ago

Here is an article that discusses different types of salts! 😊 drlivingood.pulse.ly/ngnwqdryif - LGD Team
I use the great value in my vinegar salt soap concoction for weed killing😁
I love this guy❤❤❤
So does pink Himalayan have enough iodine ?
I'm pretty sure it doesn't have any. I use a liquid iodine supplement that you can get at any health food store.
It doesn't have iodine in it. You will have to supplement it.
Seafood has iodine, as does kelp. I also supplement with iodine drops.

What do you think about Baja Gold salt!?
It’s my favorite but I also use Redmond’s Real Salt.
WELL explained 👊🏾
What if the sodium is in the form of sodium bicarbonate?!?!
We recommend consulting with your health care provider before taking sodium bicarbonate. -LGD Team
Thank you 👍👍
Redmond real salt is the best tasting salt ever imo
IDK
Black Himalayan salt is pretty good.
Doesn't say how much salt you need....
Plastics seem to be everywhere. It makes sense that mined salts sound safer.
How many Scoops of your electrolytes can we have a day?
We recommend 1-2 a day. -LGD Team
@DrLivingood thank you! I have been using 1, but felt like I needed a second tge other day! Glad that my intuition was accurate!
Magnesium oxide is the cheapest, most comonly used form in suppliments & has the least health benefits of any other form.
Most health people have written for years that magnesium oxide is the worst form of magnesium. I've avoided it for years. I haven't actually seen it in a while, so maybe companies realized it's bad and people don't want it.

He mentions it above, it is sourced from Tapioca.
