    1. Seed oils.

      Well, I'm allergic to all dairy so already pretty much avoiding it, I don't drink soda and I run like it's murder hornets from msg!

    It amazes me that they are legally allowed to poison our food supply for profit. My wife & I are eliminating seed oils from our diet, & it cuts SO MUCH of the foods we grew up with. I feel so guilty as a father when I see my kids eating chips, goldfish, etc. Trying to get the grandparents on board is a chore!

      Same! I wish I knew the stuff 20 years ago when my kids were born this should be illegal. I just cut out all that seed oil and ultra processed. I use BobbyApproved and I instantly dropped 10 pounds effort Leslie it’s literally insanity that they could do this poisonous to you learning much gratitude to you.

    When I was a kid, I remember my grandmothers and my mom when cooking they would add a pinch of salt to any sweet dishes. I never asked why they did that, but I grew up doing the same thing to the food I cooked. Now I understand! Salt balances everything. Now, it makes sense.
    And BTW, I remember the salt they used was so pure that it was in a rock form that we had to smash before we used it.
    You are so right! Food should be simple!

    Once saw a video of how canola oil is made. Company was touting about how healthy it was - after explaining how it was refined, heat treated, and then bleached to look nice. 🤦

    I have gotten rid of all of that, and its been years. I still am unable to drop wt. Im about 100lbs over wt and even when i didn't eat for a wk or so because i was sick, i still didn't loose wt? So my question is why is that?, and could pre menopause really be a culprit?

      Are you eating zero carbs & 1g of fat to every 2g of protein? The amount of protein you should be eating is in grams the number of lbs in your ideal body weight.

    How can you tell if your oil is rancid? For instance if it's olive oil how do I know if it's rancid and I shouldn't use it anymore?

    Is the weight gain associated with diet soda a correlation or causation?
    From what I’ve read, diet soda is correlated with weight gain because people think they can eat the double burger since they’re washing it down with diet soda vs some ingredient in diet soda that is directly responsible for weight gain. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    All these food recalls?? Thank goodness I canned my garden and buy off the farm meat ... I have completely stopped buying anything from major grocery and eating nothing from a can ... reports even on bottle water ?       In the Philippines, egg noodles for example, you can get cheaper ones with a seed oil, or for maybe 10% more, the same noodles cooked in coconut oil, which is way yyyy more stable

    I choose the full fat dairy because it tastes better and feel more satisfied, which ends with me eating less. It's horrifying to see a dozen ingredients vs a few.

    Again, some of us are petite and underweight!!!!! But I know you will never address this rational all. I've never been fat. I take vitamins and my sinus allergy pill daily, I am 66 yrs old. We do exist!!

      There are still benefits to reading the book and following the lifestyle, even if you're not trying to lose weight. But there are far more people who struggle with weight loss, especially in America. I'm glad that you are not one of the many who are fat

      Uh....yes he does. I've been in his lifestyle challenges for 4 years now and he addresses EVERYTHING including underweight people. He has a whole team of coaches with him and he has masterclasses and downloads/protocol. He is one smart cookie and has the best supplements as far as I've seen. It's just that there are so many overweight people that are seeking him out. So...I'd look into joining livingood daily lifestyle challenges.

Now understand my blood work numbers, what tests to request and what to take for supplements. My sister dissolved her kidney stone after sharing with her..... but it's your decision, ....it wouldn't laugh.though. it works. I'm living proof.
