Very cool truck with lots of nice features. A few improvements that would be nice are : Knobs to control at the dash for GPS screen and etc. (in addition to steering wheel controls), back doors that open to 90% angle, a couple more inches of ground clearance.
Someone needs to build a small truck again. I keep hoping Hyundai or Mazda will fill that market. I waited 2 years for the new Colorado, but it's as big as a Silverado. So now I'm driving my 01 S-10 Extreme and haven't seen anything I like better.
Nice review. But every video I watch more or less explains the same information. But no one ever states if this truck bed can hold some sheets of plywood or drywall. It the bed wide enough to fit 4 feet wide material???
Justin, when you going to do a video on the new Passport? When will pricing be available? Maybe you can do a video using the Pilot and tell us what will be different. Why is only the 9-speed going to be available on the Passport. Tell us about the improvements on the 9-speed, up-shift and downshit..
It looks like they will s tarting arriving at my dealership at the beginning of February. As soon as one arrives I will do a video on it and all its details!
Even if you get a locking tonneau cover, THE TAILGATE DOES NOT LOCK. I added a Pop N Lock I had installed professionally-locks with keyset like reat of car.
Quick question sorry if I sound complete dull but can u quickly explain the differences between the rtle, the other one you mentioned, and the black edition? would these make good offroad trucks? or would it be like trying to hit the trails with a Subaru wagon and never be able to rock climb obstacles, or hit a deep mudhole that a Rubicon, or something with a front and rear locker compare to the ridgeline? i would love to know thanks in advance.
So moving to the Black Edition from the RTL-E will get you: black paint, 18 inch black painted wheels, perforated black leather with red trim, red ambient lighting, and badging. So, to me I would go with the RTL-E personally. The Black Edition is mainly just about appearance. Now could you off road in this truck, probably. But I do not know if anyone produces a lift that will fit it. I am sure someone probably does. I think finding off road parts would be much harder. I personally own a Wrangler and would say that would be better equipped with plenty of options on offroad add-ons. Not saying performance would necessarily be better, but because the are commonly used for this, it would be easier to get anything you need for it.
Excelente review Justin. Any differences between the 2017 and 2019 RTL-E models? I am in San Antonio, TX, looking/ waiting for a great deal on the price. Also, ifor the ones that own this truck, I am curious about the price, please share! :-)
Do you have any idea about the logic in offering our northern neighbors cooled seats for their 4 week summer, but not here in the US? Makes zero sense to me.
As a volunteer firefighter, My department is dsipatched via a third party app called I an Responding. Tells important info about the run as well as driving to call and water sources nearby. Can this app be added to favorites and display on the screen?
I can push the drivers seat all the way back and then sit behind the driver and be fine. I am right at 6ft. That should give you an idea for space, but it would not hurt to check it out yourself too.
You also should check out the competition. The Ridgeline is by far the roomiest midsize truck on the market. Compared to a Tacoma, well there is no comparison.
It is a lot, but if you price out a Ranger, Tacoma, Colorado or Canyon with similar options you are at about the same price. Then price out a full size Truck with similar features and you can add 12K to 15K more.
Bought a '19 6 months ago and this is the best vid I've seen. Clear and concise! Good job.
i love this review! no bs, just all the cool features in a quick review! subbed.
Thanks for not boring us with the features we know and showing some of the lesser demonstrated features.
Nice presentation, Justin. Thank you. I live in Tucson, set to pull the trigger on a red RTL-E. Your walk-thru helped a lot.
Thanks for watching!

Thanks , Just picked up my truck last week was wondering about this stuff! Great review!
Excellent video! Thank you!
Straight to the point... that’s what I like! Great video 👍🏼
Really good review. thank you.

Great job I have this truck love it !

Gracias amigo, I appreciate your review Justin.
Nice review. But every video I watch more or less explains the same information. But no one ever states if this truck bed can hold some sheets of plywood or drywall. It the bed wide enough to fit 4 feet wide material???
Yes it can
The bed is 5ft wide
Nowadays every car should have a big screen with apple and android car play
Nomadic Vet Not to mention a handicapped tag hanging off the rear view mirror.
Nice video, informative inside information.

Beige leather is the nicest interior but only available with white or red exterior.
can you also show all the tools that comes with it!?

why wont they add the push button gear shift, electronic parking brake and brake hold if they did i would trade my accord in for this.
I’m not sure if I left this comment before but, the bed is not lined. The bed is 100% composite plastic.

got a white rtl e in ft myers for 42k plus tax
@@georgemouzakis2122 I found some at $37500 here in Texas, I was looking for some more savings.
Do they not come with cooled seats in the States? They have it in the Canada models.
It does not offer cooled seats here.

I get the same question here, in Texas, about offering heated seats.. LOL I understand your pain. Not sure on the logic.

You can not add your own apps to the touch screen. Honda has it set up to prevent that.
is that how this works?
does the trunk autolock? what more comes on the Black edition, what kinda tires come standard?
You can lock the in-bed trunk off the keyfob. The tires will vary depending on what the plant has. Typically I believe it is Michelin's though...
trunk autolocks but tailgate has NO lock. need to install pop n lock to go with a tonneau cover
Does the usb port in the center console connect to the stereo
Yes, it can.
Does the tail gate lock?
Tailgate does lock.
@@JustinFullerReviews I thought the tailgate does not lock, only the in-bed trunk.
same with the 2017
Skeptical about the rear seats leg room.

Very nice car very expensive too
43,000 dollars? NUTS
The MSRP range on the Ridgeline is from $31,085 - $44,415 so you do have more affordable trim levels if this model does not fit your budget.

I ned one like this car without this extras things just navigator.
