Thanks, man. My co-worker’s Altima died at work. We THINK it’s the starter, and I’m pleasantly surprised how easy it might be to help her out. My buddy’s CRV needed the intake manifold and a bunch of related stuff removed first. Good work!👍

Thank you , I was stranded at home and didn’t know what to do. I would’ve never got the starter off or even knew how to get to the back if it wasn’t for your tips thank you God bless you.

Thanks a lot this video helped. Also when putting wiring back on make sure to align them correctly with slack to turn starter when putting back on. I had to also lossen the line to give myself more room to turn rachet. All in all worked out fine. Thx again

This video was helpful. I just replaced a 2018 Nissan Rogue S 4 cylinder starter. The sizes for the two nuts behind the starter were correct. I used a 5/8 for the 2 bolts. In my extraction, the lower bolt was easier to access while the longer one needed a tad more time. It took me roughly 45 minutes from start to finish using socket wrenches and extensions.

If you jump start it and it cranks on it's the battery?

Hello, my 2015 Altima is doing something similar, I caught a flat and drove home 😞,upon getting home I couldn't turn the car off,and all lights on the dash was on, push button not, responding. Had to remove fuel pump fuse to cut the car off. Put the fuse back in, now car powers up, but doesn't start,no sound when pushing buttons, also headlights stay on. Blower motor comes on as well. 0 sound.

    Hi Eric,
I was wondering if you can give any tips for a g35 2005 headlight issue? I was wondering if you have any tips or ideas of why only one headlight (low) on the drivers side won't work. I had just replaced both low beams left and right. The left low beam headlight won't turn on at night but the high beams work on both sides. Do you have any tips? I appreciate any help!! Thanks!

Hey Eric thank you! I ended up checking it and the ground wire was loose. Am I able to wrap the ground wire with electrical tape because it keeps getting loose and making the light go out?

@antoinereyes7575 yes that should be fine. A better way would be to add some Soder
