My sister has Erotomania and Paranoia. She did similar things as Martha, it could've gotten worse if she wouldn't have got professional help. She still does few things that are psychotic. It is frustrating and scary. When I watched this show, I could associate with the lead's thought process of constant horror of being with such person. It is horrible what happened to him and on top of that the constant stress of this person. He was already trying to cope with trauma and then she made his mental state worse. I completely sympathize with him and glad he shared his story. It needed to be shared.

I just hope that she was actually plus sized in real life and they didn’t do that for the show for an unkind effect. The show was bloody brilliant and I really enjoyed it, so no knocks there. Jessica deserves an Emmy for this performance hands down. Just tired of outdated tropes and stereotypes is all.

The woke entertainment industry managed to get a trans person into the story, just like they put a gender neutral non binary actor in the Netflix series Ripley, Ripley a period drama set in the 1950’s yet a non binary actor who was born female was playing the role of one of the main male characters. These things are happening all the time, grooming but on a different level, it’s grooming the viewers to change their way of thinking. If they had put an Eye Phone Pro Max in Ripleys hand the critics and the viewers would have ripped the show apart, but they put a 2020’s non binary actor in the same 1950’s period drama and no one even mentioned it. I doubt very much that on top of Baby Reindeer having a stalker and being raped by a man that he also dated a trans person, and even less likely that the trans would be the only person he loved.
