I’ve just purchased it in my never ending search for my perfect foundation after YSL All Hours was reformulated 😢 Dcypher uses AI to match your shade perfectly and you can select the type of finish you want too! It’s only arrived, looking forward to trying! Another great video ❤

I’m going to give the Dcypher a good go over the next week and I’ll report back. A very intriguing concept and I was swayed by being able to choose the finish too! I usually struggle with shade matching also because…don’t tell anyone 😉….I’ve never worn tan in my whole life!! So I’m your typical pasty Irish gal 😂 God damn you YSL Br30!!! 😂 I’ll keep you in the loop about Dcypher and I also bought the Wonderskin lip stain after watching your video, it’s arriving today 💃🏻🙌

Hi Carmel, always appreciate your integrity when putting products to the test! I bought this for my eldest daughter not long after it came out. She had acne scarring which was quite pronounced (since has massively improved over time) and affecting her confidence. We bought a couple of bottles over time but stopped due to the issues you raised, price, oxidisation and it was too heavy for her skin. On an unrelated note, how does the Elf power grip setting spray dry down? Interested to know if it leaves a slightly tacky residue like the primer? Xx❤

I will always appreciate a good foundation, regardless of the price, but this just wasn’t the one for me! There are lots of full coverage products out there that are much more flattering and much more affordable. Thank you so much for sharing, it’s so helpful for others to hear about. I've seen ads for this particular foundation online many times, and I so appreciate your honest and very well tested review of it. Like you, I prefer a foundation that is more luminous and after seeing this video I don't feel this would be a good foundation fit for me. Also the price is quite steep. I'm wondering what your favorites would be for a good drugstore foundation that imparts a more luminous finish. Thank you again for reviewing this product. I really enjoy your videos so much!!

I saw that viral foundation on Instagram, and was tempted. But, I did not purchase it. Thank you for trying it so we could get an idea of what it is really like. I have dry skin, so it would probably not work for me. I have purchased several products that I saw advertised on Insta, and none of them have measured up. So, I ended up wasting money. I either tossed them or hung on to them just in case I find other uses. Appreciate your honest, thorough and helpful review. A week using it definitely put it to the test. Appreciate it and you!

You are so right. Those ads are tempting, esp when you see someone (usually an actress) promoting them and they show positive results. I have learned an expensive lesson. From now on, I trust people like you to give an honest review and presentation. Everything you have suggested has made a huge difference in my skin/makeup routine. I do not have buyer’s remorse when suggested by someone I trust, respect and admire like you. 💕
