45 Min Full Body Barre Workout//Light Weights & Pilates Ball

- Clear some space and grab your light weights and pilates ball for this challenging, effective at home barre workout!
This class begins with a warm up and plank series to warm up the body. It then moves into a seated abdominal series using the pilates ball to release the hip flexors and focus your work on the deep core and abs. We then come to standing to work the arms and thighs simultaneously using the weights in this killer series. Class finishes down on the mat with a hamstrings and glutes focused bridging series that sneaks in a little inner thigh work as well and a feel good stretch.
This class is a total burner and will get you a challenging full body workout from the comfort of your home. Enjoy!

After the tricep pushups, the video stopped to buffer… while I was in that glorious child’s pose. Took me about two minutes before I realized you weren’t being that generous LOL. Another great full body, Mary. I think the abs set at the beginning felt like one of the most challenging I’ve done! Thank you ❤
🤣🤣 You're thinking I'm being so generous - that would be very unlike me mid workout! So glad that it was an effective ab set for you. I love using the ball behind the low back like that - I have really gripey hip flexors and that just completely alleviates them for me!
