I lost 50 lbs after we decided to stop eating doordash and cook real food at home. He cooks for us and does all the substitutions so we eat a diabetic friendly diet. I feel so much better overall. Hope you feel better, dude. I'm working through a migraine myself.
That Olive Garden slop swimming in cream is disgusting to start with, and how can you eat so much. I'm 6'4 and 210 lbs, not a chance of eating that much. I find it hard to eat the amounts of chicken that I need to eat in a day, not shitloads of overcooked pasta swimming in cream.... 🙈

Me just going for my weekly meal prep groceries and I plan out the whole family, plus necessities at Walmart is usually I try to go 2 times a month...is so damn expensive. For 2024 they said a family of 4 spends $945-$1500 on groceries. I gotta start tallying it up.
Is it really not possible to eat relatively normal food outside your home? Just fast food? Of course, eating out is always more expensive than cooking, even if the bistro serves normal food. Hah. I guess these are all motivation for me. I eat the same thing evvvveryday. I switch up the protein and dinner ideas. I take coffee w/ my protein shake in it and collagen. Then I'm lifting or stretching. 2 slices turkey bacon with some hb eggs or egg bites for breakfast with my bcaas helps some recovery. I eat a huge salad loaded with veggies, 35 calorie dressing, and slam it with leftover protein. Dinner is again veggies roasted or stir fried, protein, and I'll do a carb sweet potatoes, chick pea pasta, etc. I eat a smores quest bar for my before bed treat and I'm stuffed. I push the 24oz water several a day, electrolytes, etc. Cut out the sodies! I do drink celcius to switch it up sometimes. I'm down like 18lbs weee! Gained a few lbs this week but I'm sore from training I'm thinking its that I'm back at it. Ooff I mean girl they have ranch thats 35 calories measure it out and dont slap it with everything.
I agree with everything you say, lots of inspiration from you but the plastic bag thing and plastic straw thing I really disagree with it. I think plastic straws and bags are bad, but I respect your opinion!
Actually keto is a lifestyle not a diet. I eat this way because it’s an anti inflammatory diet as I’ve already had 8 knee surgeries and 3 back surgeries and still need another 6 orthopedic surgeries and yes, this is a congenital problem rather than weight thing as most of my life I was a size 2. Right now I’m in the process of losing 25 pounds because I did have issues with the menopause monster and I got off my food plan of keto. So back on track, eating 1-2 meals a day, feeling a lot better! Need to optimize my body before having that next surgery.
I was 310 lbs (6'2 male) two years ago, im down to 215 as of this morning. Your videos are a major source of motivation. Love your content bro
