Hi Davit, I’m Hispanic & quesadillas most of the time are just cheese and tortillas. You can add protein like chicken but then it becomes a chicken quesadilla, for example. A regular quesadilla is just cheese. And for the accent, it’s the proper Spanish pronunciation. The way kids bullied you for wearing dirty shoes, kids bullied you when I was younger growing up in a 99% Hispanic town if you didn’t pronounce Spanish words in the correct accent. They would say you wanted to be white & were stuck up. Just some food for thought! 🤗
It's honestly extremely selfish and evil to have kids at basically anywhere +50 for a man. Since, the sperm quality DRASTICALLY goes downhill. You're basically begging for a defective child at that point. Not to mention: Likely a useless parent too.
🐈 You never know just how much the food you eat effects you till you clean up your diet. These people only appear to be “ok” because they are young. Update: I’m on week 4-5 of body recomp. My linea aspera is visible, my top abs are forming and noticeable, my arms feel more firm and the muscles are slightly noticeable, my legs and glutes are more toned and my calves are more defined. I’m posting this because I didn’t think I’d get results, but here I am. I hope to inspire those who don’t think they’ll get results to start working out and see what happens as well. The key is to be consistent, get adequate rest, and hydrate.

About Spam, you're remembering it wrong. It's the opposite of not having a flavor, it actually has a very strong and salty taste. I am guilty of eating it once in a while, I do like punching my tastebuds on occasion, but I eat it with gohan (unsalted japanese rice - since I live in Japan) so the absurdly salty taste of Spam gets balanced. And I don't eat it at night anymore. The heartburn is not worth it.
