As a person raised in a house in which home cooked meals part of culture when I first ate ultraprocessed food it tasted like cardboard. I never in my life craved for cookies from oreo or any industrial cookies, never craved chips, never craved any of that. I am happy I got raised in my culture and family.
I did a double take at that too… like what’s in your freeze dude? I mean I do have have a bottle of vodka and some (very old) cigars in there…. But that’s as bad as it gets.

It's basically a sad thing (in my opinion). They tried and failed too often, so they eat up (pun intended) all of the garbage about not being at fault for their weight. It makes it easy to pretend to be confident and happy while accusing others of being mean, because they don't recognize that it's genetics at fault here. But an extremely large part of them knows that they're wrong and just pretending. That's also why most of them are toxic to begin with.

Bought a maker from Amazon, they're handy to have. I'm lucky enough to source farm eggs, raw goat milk, and raw cream. I also use xylitol or honey to lightly sweeten to taste, as well as natural vanilla. Sometimes I'll add chunks of grass-fed butter, raw beef tallow, or bone marrow in place of cookie-dough. Blueberry flavor with frozen fruit is great, I use methylene blue for coloring (now there's a rabbit hole for you, lol) enjoy@@olgag9901

Plus, I enjoy my saturday pancackes even more because i don't eat them all the time. I enjoy my hamburger way more because i hardly eat red meat.
And estrogen. I completely avoid soy as a woman with thyroid issues. I remember when it was the miracle natural food like 15-20 years ago and, like everything else that's hailed as :the thing", doctors now advise against it for many women.
I really appreciate a few of the points you brought up. Especially saying that person is not your friend. Bread and butter is yummy. Remove the sad sorry excuses. Delete the food ordering apps. Try not to drink the calories. Having the self control to just say no. I am very guilty of having a lot of fast, quick, easy crap. I worked in a diner in NJ in 2000. I went downstairs one day to get extra napkins when I saw a young latino with headphones on, riding a bike that was attached to a butter churn. Every day they made their own butter.
I feel like intermittent fasting is probably the most convenient way to eat fairly well. You only have to prepare 1-2 meals a day so it’s much easier to make decent/balanced meals and track macros/nutrients. Also after a few weeks your appetite is way lower, so no waking up starving and eating trash. I’ve pretty much always been small, but the content of my diet (macros, etc) got much better after I started IF. I did lose a small bit of weight (which wasn’t intended), but I eventually got a hang of things and figured out how to add extra healthy calories despite only having to eat 1-2 meals.

I’ve never made it, but heard about it. For less calories, you can most likely just adds your toppings in the pan, the tomato sauce with a bit of egg whites to keep it together, then add a wrap on top.

These people eat disgusting!! when I was at my worst, i never was that bad. I had binge eating problems. I had WLS and it has stopped me from eating so many bad things. I prioritize my protein. I eat so little, now when I think about how I used to eat, it literally makes me sick. I feel so much better, I lost 50lbs. I turned to food for stress and when i was unhappy. My husband eats so terrible, he doesn't help. Now i eat mostly organic fresh fruit, vegetables, i cook my own meat and eggs. My 4 year old son loves it!! Im glad to set a good example for him.
Forget calories the amount of sugar these ppl consume is outrageous. 50 grams of sugar is what my trainer says is ok to have. That’s literally 1 coke, these ppl can say it’s genetics keeping them at their weight but these videos say otherwise
