I am going to guess that is roughly 3? of those. I'm probably UNDERestimating but for arguments sake, I'll stick to 3 (which I think would be a cup and a half of pudding if pudding cups are 1/2 c size). So thats 390 calories in the pudding (lowballing that again) plus the definite 800 calories in the eggs. So a total of 1190 calories for a SNACK. To put this in perspective, I am 5'1, 125 pounds and eat between 1100-1200 a DAY to MAINTAIN my weight. She is eating- for DESSERT- what I eat in a DAY.
