Videogames actually make it harder to build muscle if youre skinny guy who struggles to gain weight. I used to be a skinny guy and playing videogames all day often made me forget to eat or sometimes just being too lazy to go make myself some food because I was "too busy" playing a videogame.
For the video games you can also do some quick exercises in between cutscenes, queue times or any chance you aren’t doing anything, it will give you something to do while you wait and you can be productive
Yeah we love it in Bulgaria 😅 I’m from Plovdiv (2nd largest city in BG) and is close to Greece around 2 hours with car and a lot of students come in my city to study medicine. So where this uni is in the whole area are coffee shops and gyros spots own by Greek people xD
I will stop u fortunately, after training a certain psrt of ur body, u need to let it recover for a minimum of 1 day or your muscles will not grow, good luck
The Junk food point is definitely right. Once a week, I’ll add 3-4 slices of pepperoni pizza to my regular dinner to achieve a 1000 calorie surplus. The next day, my gym and cardio performance is through the roof. And I wake up with the biggest morning wood.
@@Vnov93 well i guess now there are replies so its not the case, im just referring to the occasional akward silence that follows you saying something like that
Hey hey! I just bought the Bodyweight Bodybuilder 2.0 but I have no idea how to access the content I bought... I only got an email saying that you received my payment... Could you send me a link or something like that?
Your advice on #4 makes sense for guys with day jobs. But aren't you a full time social media influencer? Why force yourself to sleep when your body wants to be awake and wake up when your body wants to be asleep? If your natural rhythm is to sleep from 2am - 10am, why not do that?

Bad habits don't help bro, they destroy.
