En la parte de arriba va poniendo los ingredientes y cantidades. En específico, anadió crema ácida (una cucharada), mezcló e incorporó a la sartén.

You could avoid about three steps by using corn starch and heavy cream. Again you over cook your meat if your going to simmer it in sauce.

Unless i'm mistaken, if we replace the soy sauce with the red wine we get what the French call Boeuf Bourguignon.
You can make it like you want. This is just the normal sauce.

It's called Beef Stroganoff, made it many a time. Just not that watery and used Worcestershire Sauce or Soy Sauce.
Never water but stock or broth, mushrooms needs better spices etc.! This video is amateur's presentation. Surely, this is NOT Stroganov.
