What a great video! Straight to the point, no time wasting, clear instructions, nice bit of piano jazz ~ will definitely try this recipe, although like lots of poor folks, will have to replace the cognac with good chicken stock!
Вчера такое приготовил, только вместо коньяка использовал сухое красное вино. Честно говоря, во время приготовления скептически на все это варево смотрел и думал, что просто испортил продукты 😅 Особенно когда в жижу из лука, горчицы, муки и вина влил еще и сливки! Но, потушив мясо в этом вареве буквально 30 мин, я открыл крышку и офигел от аромата, а внешний вид подливы стал очень аппетитным. Когда все было готово, я не удержался и в 12 часов ночи лупанул тарелку риса с этим мясом 😁 Просто афигенный рецепт!!! Теперь всегда так буду готовить! Спасибо и лайк однозначно!

Thanks used veg stock too and put half the ingredients in the stock and removed the bay leaves after they softened as there overpowering. Thanks for tip.
Looks like a great jager schnitzel without the frying and breading. We used to eat that often for dinner with roasted potatoes and Brussel sprouts with garlic

I was taught to only add cognac until the last minute, as heat will destroy the flavors. There is also a big difference in the quality of different brands. If you don't have cognac, you can substitute brandy, but in actuality, white grape juice is the best replacement for its comparable fruitiness to cognac. I'm definitely going to try this recipe, it sounds like it will be absolutely delicious!
Looks very nice. I wonder if one could substitute almond milk forbthe cream and water. Probably wouldnt be as rich. But I wonder if it could work. I may have to try doing this.

I cooked this dish yesterday for my family. We all like it. We eat it with white steam rice, it goes very well with it. My son suggested i can try using beef the next time. I replaced the cognac with red wine and i replaced water with vegetable broth. I will try replaced pork with beef the next time. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.

Tried it with chicken stock and it was a bit bland. I think next time i'll try adding the brandy.

Горчица класс! Часто использую даже больше. При нагреве теряет остроту оставляя вкус. А вот с коньяком перебор. Его лучше потягивать во время готовки.
