This recipe will delight any gourmet. A housewife in Italy showed me this recipe, I liked it so much I had to try it. It's important to follow all the details shown to make this pork tenderloin truly perfect. The roasting time of the meat depends on your taste.
Little things are very important to create the perfect taste!
In this video I show you how to prepare a pork fillet that you can enjoy with all your senses.
Preparation and ingredients:
1 kg pork fillet.
Cut the pork fillet into pieces.
Hello friends! Welcome to my kitchen!
Salt.
Black pepper.
Paprika.
Flip the pieces and do the same.
Chop 3 onions.
Pour vegetable oil into a pan.
Fry the onion until golden brown.
2 peppers.
Cut peppers into strips.
Sauté peppers with onions.
Cut chili pepper.
Roast the chili pepper.
Salt.
Black pepper.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 tablespoon creamy balsamic vinegar.
Stir until the sugar caramelizes.
Baguette.
Cut the baguette into pieces.
Drizzle the baguette pieces with olive oil.
Toast the baguette on both sides.
Rub the toasted baguette pieces with garlic.
Pour vegetable oil into a pan.
Sear the meat on both sides.
Add thyme and a sprig of rosemary for flavor.
Butter.
4 cloves of garlic.
Now pour the meat with the resulting juice.
The meat is ready, you can remove it from the stove.
Arrange the side dish on a plate.
Place pieces of meat on the side dish.
Add the fried baguette pieces to our dish.

Approximately how long do you cook the meat after searing and adding herbs, butter, etc? I understand pork can get tough if overcooked.

no butter is also quite healthy especially from grass fed beef. but you shouldnt exxagerate. butter is better to absorb the taste of the herbs and garlic so it tastes a lot better with butter than with olive oil.
