Здесь фишка состоит в том что жарить именно в сливочном масле. Вырезка сама по себе суховата. Еще можно медальоны обернуть беконом. Аэрофритюрница, наверное, не подайдет, но это мое мнение.
Beautiful mouth watering recipe. To try but without the butter, rather with extra-virgin olive oil which is better for your health in order to avoid too much fat. Italian food is so tasty and this pork recipe is fantastic. THANKS. Great prep idea!
no butter is also quite healthy especially from grass fed beef. but you shouldnt exxagerate. butter is better to absorb the taste of the herbs and garlic so it tastes a lot better with butter than with olive oil.

Approximately how long do you cook the meat after searing and adding herbs, butter, etc? I understand pork can get tough if overcooked.
