I was recently toldthat I have scoliosis. I used to workout 5 - 6 days a week but now my ncek and back hurt so much I can barely do my regular activities. I have been looking for a new form of movement that I could do not only to help with the pain but my mood. This a fantastic way to start. Thank you so much. I really liked the way to described each move clearly and provide additional information about scoliosis. Great video!
You should always rest 2 days after a workout, especially if you’re a beginner. So that the body can process this change, otherwise your muscles will be like “nah-uh, not with us” and give you a lot of pain.

Thank you for this video! I have a Mild Lumbar Dextroscoliosis that I believe has cause me to have a rotated pelvis. My left hip naturally sits rotated towards my right. I have constant hip pain especially when laying down, sitting, standing, and sometimes walking up stairs. Do you have any specific poses that can help correct this? Thank you for your time.

It will help you to feel more comfortable! It's also important keep the body strong and healthy to make sure the curve doesn't get worse!
If I have S shaped scoliosis: the right shoulder down and the left leg is shorter.. how are they my lumber and thoracic curves right lumber and left thoracic or left lumber and right thoracic curve ?? Thanks 🌺
Jihad EL Yaagoubi are you sure your leg is shorter? Or is the right hip simply up. The only way to know exactly what is going on is with an x-ray. Do try the adams forward bend test if you can’t get an xray. I do have a video on that

@@MoveWithScoliosis I have to add a sole to my left leg.. wt's the difference between that the leg is shorter and having the right hip is up.. because I thought that the unbalance in hips cause the unbalance in leg lengths

yes of course. It depends on if you sleep on your side or your back in terms of what size is best
