    This looks so good! I purchased the cookbook during pre-order and when it showed up I was totally shocked, because it is one of the best looking cookbooks that I've ever seen. Not only are the recipes delicious, the photography and quality of the book, itself, are incredible! I'm dreaming of a part 2 :-)

    Sort of a teriyaki sauce on steroids. I'm making this!

    Can I replace the ouster sauce with something else? I’m allergic to shellfish 😣

    • @AaronandClaire
      @AaronandClaire  11 месяцев назад +2

      You can just add more soy sauce. Of course, that could be lighter or thinner than the oyster sauce, but still full of umami. Don’t worry! 👍

      @@AaronandClaireI was gonna ask this question as well! Would you substitute it for teriyaki if you don’t like too much soy?

  • @CraftyChicken91

    I had a little trouble with this one, I might try it again with skinless thighs, as they ended up kinda gross and slimey.
    The sauce was good though.
