    Yogic push ups are done by closing the legs touching the legs to each other,by that way the balance should mantain and push up is being tough,so that hard work should done and u get good results....

    Hi.
    Can u get injured doing 1st variation?

    • @yogatrends564
      @yogatrends564  5 лет назад +1

      If you have wrist / shoulder injury or pain, better to wait for it to recover before you do that variation.
      Do you have any medical condition or injuries?
      If you don't have any injuries or pain, it is very unlikely that one would get injured with the first variation. (you can check out my SUN SALUTATION Video if it can help you modify the first variation.

      No special injuries.
      Little problems.
      I can do 10 dand easey.
      Thinking about were to go next.
      Wonder how long would take me to do 1000.
      Have to try

    • @yogatrends564
      @yogatrends564  5 лет назад

      Haha, 1000 would take some time but with constancy and regular practice would definitely get you closer to doing 1000.
      If you have no injuries, you can start slow and continue to build up from where you are. 10 Dand is a good start as Dand would require some practice to get used to the movements and the momentum, like many other things.
      Also, you should progress towards other variations mentioned in the video, especially Ram Murthi Push-ups.

    When to the inhale, when to exhale?

    • @yogatrends564
      @yogatrends564  4 года назад +1

      Initially, You can breath naturally as you need, then you can do one push-up in one breath.
      Start to breath-in as you move from downward facing dog and complete breathing-in when by the time you reach upward facing dog (or cobra pose) and breath-out as you reach back to original starting position.
