I Hope you enjoyed this video! It contains adapted scenes from the book 'DELIVERANCE LOST', by Gav Thorpe However, I've taken the liberty of introducing some additional side characters, hoping to add some more spice to the narrative. While keeping the main story through Corax's viewpoint intact, these new perspectives - are my attempt to see through the eyes of the guards and overseers affected by these events. The Prologue leading up to Part 1: 'A Primarch Buried in Ice' at 18:42, along with 'The Misery of Corporal Merek' scene at 48:32, are simply my speculative interpretations of what might have happened during these moments.
I am glad that I was right about you telling the Corax story. You brought the story to life. Thank you for the excellent storytelling and your channel.
Anytime I play loyalist this is my go to Legion.... I for one am excited for the return of Corvis from the warp. It opens up so many ideas as Roboute Guilliman and Lion El'Jonson if and when he meets up with them. However im more excited about him getting back together with his Legion! Also the adpects of the Carcharodons having traces of his geneseed could also be awesome and him tracking them down and talking with Tyberos and bringing them into the fold of the Raven Guard!
Indeed. There are slaves, a prison moon, mining, and evil overseers. Then you add a Primarch to this. It's just hard to miss with these ingredients, brother!
I still that don't know much about Corax to be honest. But can't wait to learn more about him as I devour DELIVERANCE LOST. Total badass so far though!
When describing the emperor from Corvus's view, it's down right unsettling the effect exuded upon his men and himself. Like the Emperor crawled out of uncanny valley, too perfect to exsist in reality. Almost like a Chilling eldritch horror.
Loving the Primarch videos, can’t stop listening. Even relistening. You’ve covered my favorite Primarchs with Sangi, Leman, and the Lion. A Horus video would be my next biggest hope!
Would LOVE to see a reconciliation Meet and Greet between Demon Corax and the Ashen Claws! The Charcaradons could make an appearance too....Well, we can dream! 🎉
@@DarkAzreal77There is a short story, I believe, that is about Corax in the warp hunting traitors including Lorgar. He was described as a creature of blades and living shadow that can also turn into a swarm of ravens. I wish I could remember the story name.
Why do some of the characters mention the emperor when the Great Crusade has not occurred yet so there is no Imperium and no emperor that they are aware of
Lycaeus was unknown to the Imperium and to the Emperor before Corax was discovered there by the Emperor. The Overseerers and the people of Lycaeus didn't know of the Emperor or the Imperium before that. How could one of the guards say "By the Emperor" if they didn't know he existed? How could the Overseerer have a sponsor "on Terra" if the Overseerers didn't know Terra existed, let alone have any communication with Terra? Lasguns were barely in use by the Imperium and no one else at this time. BADLY written story from a lore standpoint. Too many plot holes and script errors for me to continue to listen...less than 11 minutes in and I'm HIGHLY disappointed. It's bad enough that the story is voiced by AI, but apparently the script was written by AI as well. Do better or lose another subscriber. I applaud the effort, but it is a major failure in telling of known lore. Do better.
You are right, I see that I should have researched Kiavahr and its moon Lycaeus more thoroughly. At 11 minutes in you are still listening to my own additions to the story, would have been cool to have gotten those details right. While these might seem minor to some, they're important to maintaining the integrity of the established lore. An AI might have gotten those parts right though. I understand that you found it off putting. I hope to learn, to be more diligent, and will try to make up for it in future videos.
@adeptus-astra That's all any fan could ask for. Respect to you for understanding and admitting your minor mistakes. A successful person admits their mistakes and strives to do better...just as you have done. I very much look forward to your future work!
Necrons also get a casual mention, like their existence is common knowledge in 30k. Their existence isn't even common knowledge in 40k. Better luck with the next story.

A brutal slave rebellion, how interesting first thing in the morning.

Corvas is interesting. One of my favorite videos you have done.
By the throne! One of my favorite primarchs. Salute to you good sir!

My favorite lore you've done thus far.
Thank you brother! Much appreciated
Ciaphas and Corax! If you do Vulkan next that would be a hat trick for me. 👍
Vulkan is on the list!
This is very good indeed.
Not just the story but the way you told it, it was very good.
Thank you!

I am currently doing Vulkan. But yeah... we need to put Horus in the spotlight very soon brother!
How would they know about Necrons or the Emperor? Hasn’t this planet yet to be encountered by the Great Crusade
Nope, this is an imperial held world.
Can you do a video about vulkan and I love your videos
Thanks brother! And yes, Vulkan will be covered sooner rather than later

Demon Corax?

It scared the shit out of Logar, cant remember the name sadly.
@@simonw1252 yeah it did. I don’t think he came out of that room for a while after that. Maybe he’s still hiding in there 😂
This is INCREDIBLE! Holy God Emperor WOW! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
You are too kind brother!
@ mate it’s unbelievable! Mega talent on display 👌🏼
Please do more EMPEROR meets his children good sir!
It will be so!
SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE 💀 🔪
Can't argue with that!
Third time listening to this one.
Pleased to hear that brother, what makes you come back to it, if I may be so bold?

Yes the recaff and the necrons as well.
Muito bom pà
I can't get used to the ai voices...
It's not.
If this was pre discovery by the Emperor why are they using phrases mentioning the emperor? Lazy writing
