About Seinfeld:
Seinfeld stars Jerry Seinfeld as a stand-up comedian whose life in New York City is made even more chaotic by his quirky group of friends who join him in wrestling with life's most perplexing, yet often trivial questions. Often described as "a show about nothing," Seinfeld mines the humor in life's mundane situations like waiting in line, searching for a lost item, or the trials and tribulations of dating. Co-starring are Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Jerry's ex-girlfriend and current platonic pal, Elaine Benes; Jason Alexander as George Costanza, Jerry's neurotic hard-luck best friend; and Michael Richards as Jerry's eccentric neighbor, Kramer.

That woman playing Mary Contardi was amazing
Gee, I wonder why Jerry never called her again. She seems nice.
She's one of the most beautiful ladies Jerry has ever dated.
George folds faster than Superman on laundry day.
His is, afterall, George Foldstanza.
@@deadvodka He gets two pairs, and the whole table knows.
Man it always ticked me off that George let that woman get away. Even after that cake got on his shirt
Now George has 2 chocolate stains on his red shirt...😢🙂😓
I was a bit surprised she still let George help her with the gifts after he confronted her but prenant woman needed a hand and it was great thing for George to get over it
@@nybsbfan18 it would have been funny if she had ruined the collar, the only thing making the shirt still wearable
@@weston407 lmao
I didn't like that character. Nasty personality. She need ed to be put in her place.
George is fantastic so relatable how he never won an Emmy for his performances is an outrage
This comment has become “so anyways, here’s wonder wall” of Seinfeld comments.
Stiff competitions
He never won cause I ALWAYS KEPT VOTING NO!!!!
I wish they still showed comment dislikes...
@@steverogers7601 On anything guitar related the top comment is almost always "This video has inspired me to finally throw away my guitar"
One of the best monologues I have ever seen. Up there with Pacino and Nicholson.
Elaine's satisfaction with Mary for yelling at Jer, is just like when Kramer was happy that Jerry was losing money on the stock tip.
With friends like these...
Love how he put the most emphasis on "without financial restitution" 🤣
“Do you throw any other foods”😂
Cakes, apparently.
😅@@vasyan123
George’s chuckle during his rant at @2:32 😂😂😂💯 absolutely hilarious! How Jerry didn’t lose it during the take is incredible!
That's why Jason Alexander is the GOAT
@@jordanschlansky4093 💯
Elaine's face after Jerry gets ripped into... Classic..
Lol! Mary Contardi says to Jerry what George wishes he could have said to Leslie.
That´s true. But I love her revenge. She talks for a lot of women. I wish I would have had the chance with many men that never called.
Right down to the fact that both George and Mary lead off with “You took me to one of your shows”
@@LauRa-re9un🤡🤡🤡
I literally HATE that woman. How you gonna invite him to your show, dump chocolate on him, than leave with ANOTHER man, not say sorry or goodbye & not even remember him or apologize after seeing him again years later, THAN she dumps chocolate on him.. again, and blamed HIM for it...... yeah. George should've definitely cussed her out & threw some chocolate cake in her purse. True sweet revenge 🤣
Happens often
Should’ve shoved the cake in her face
Maybe counselling will help...
The only think that works against women like that is to be toxic to them.
«THEN»
“God, She’s cooking dinner for God!! “
I thought he said, *Gack*
Mary stole this scene 🤣🤘
I wish you added the part where George was hauling down all of her baby shower gifts like a servant lol
Red SHIRT RED SHIRT!
THATS THE CHOCOLATE SHIRT!!!
4:28 the guy just keep eating 😆
That’s the guy who installed the free cable lol
Im extremely shocked that the audience did not burst into applause after Mary snapped and yelled at Jerry in front of everybody. That was a fantastic and unforgettable performance!!
Get over yourself
I love it
It's canned laughter ok
Mary Contardi's performance is one of the best in the entire history of Seinfeld.
Imagine thinking there's a real audience laughing 🤣
I have never seen a camera shot of what was on the "other side" of the infamous booth. But finally, at 0:33 you see a short glimpse at it.
nice find!
Wow excellent pick up... I hadn't noticed that but you nailed it... regards from Australia
Flies are landing on me.
This was one of the few times when George was actually and absolutely in the right.
Too dissatisfying to see he doesn't have the guts to give that woman a piece of his mind..... but at the same time: Hilarious! XD
George just keeps self inflicting undue emotional damage upon himself. Best character ever written and played.
Seinfeld Trivia: The actress who played Leslie was also the sales woman "Natasha" from the manequin episode .
I thought so. And the women who dates George who takes art classes with Elaine also was in the episode where George hits on her after they have the interview at the bra place.
I told you, I don't kneuuoow
4:11 this is really great. I remember when I first saw this and even I was TERRIFIED! Lol
This is one of those early shows where George delivers his lines like Woody Allen.
Yes, especially the rant in the coffee shop. Very reminiscent of Woody's delivery.
Nope, Woody always ranted in almost stuttering insecure nerd or geek boy finally getting aggravated, some. Almost proto-Emo boy like.
Unless you mean the Woody at the beginning of his career, when he was still influenced by the greats that did verbal rampages at Caesar's in Mel Brooks explosive style. They all deep down wanted to have The Gab Groucho left to high mark to reach. Only Robin Williams will beat all in such.
@@pendragonU Williams Robins wasn't really all that funny.
@@QuadMochaMatti Probably only the two of us think so. Lol
George is definitely a Costanza
The part where she was thanking George 😂
George ruined her cake, and she didn't even get to eat it.
3:38 Spineless George backing right down 😂😂😂😂
One of my favourite episodes of Seinfeld!
George has to be the most repulsive individual ever! He is hilarious 😂
“Like I am so sort of a disease..”
I'll tell ya, that Mary Cantardi is wound tight.
It was so funny when I read that many of the interactions with women on this show were inspired by real life experiences of Larry David and Jerry.
So they really left women waiting. So sad.
@@LauRa-re9un I looked it up and read Jerry has been married since 1999 so I guess someone finally worked out for him.
@@larryloveless2967 Well, at least he didn´t do it any more :D
‘Why’d you go out with me? Just To dump chocolate on and me and then dump me all together…’
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Man, l love this show!!!
You missed the last part where she gets George to carry her presents out to her car, priceless :-))
Yup! 👍
Lucky George he never got her interest to enslave him through and through and turn his humiliation date into a bonafide Via-Crucis all the way to marriage and decades of husband bondage, where he's incapable to remove his chains and collar blocked by her conditioning abuse into captivity
Elaine is similarly a pushover for the friend she's giving the baby shower for.
It's the really subtle stuff like the slight contempt that Jason Alexander adds when he says Brooklyn to illualstrate Manhattan people
The best part was when she made him carry all of her junk out! 😂
And Elaine's smile at Jerry.
Are we not going to talk about the cake actually hanging off of that shirt 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hints of greatness to come in the early, often overlooked, seasons!
Mary Contardi steals the show here!
Jerry just looking at him with no expression 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
George makes that motion with his eyes and looks at his shirt
1:42 "Red shirt! Red shirt!"
Sounded like a female Newman 😄
George's date was that saleslady at Elaine mannequin, Anastasia
Only george could want revenge so badly, only to become a simp in the end
Funny how the audience thought that the way Jerry's ex showed all that anger & frustration was supposed to be performed by George, on his ex turned opposite.
Mary ´s performance was amazing, great, excellent. She deserves a 10.
Exquisite scene, the turn around every corners :P
In this diner scene George reminds me of Woody Allen
The guy who walks in mid way is wearing the Executive belt less trench coat
strangely I have never seen this one
The original broadcast was on a Wednesday night when Jake and the Fatman was the main timeslot competition.
Forget George and His awful Chocolate Syrup Date....MARY CANTARTI.... Avenging the fact that Jerry never called her after that first date of theirs! LIAR said it all. And, she is even prettier than MULVA.....always loved it when Elaine would be close by most times when Jerry got knocked down a peg or two and she'd make sure he saw her "Caring Smile" LOLOL
That's pretty much what George should've done!!😆😂🤣
@@benjamintribe4652 seems men don't have the social rights to be so needy. ?
Dolores*
MULVA.... hahaha 🤣
@@seekerofsouls74 🤣 All these years later and I still think it's a Great Name! Cheers
Mary, the character actress yelling at Jerry was beautiful, however...
The woman that George thought was a gorgeous goddess is just plain and to me not very attractive. Maybe she was to the producers or writers.
Thinking the exact same thing. I see nothing with George’s Ex
Thought the exact opposite. Mary was just okay. To each his own I guess.
What was the actress’s name who played Mary Contardi? She was Great!!
I Looked it up. Her Name is Margaret Reed!!
I love the new york accent so much
New yawk
God...she's cooking dinner for god!!
I Love this show 😻
Jerry: What’re you gonna say to her?
George: why’d you go out with me? To dump chocolate on my shirt and to dump me altogether? I don’t deserve that kinda treatment….
😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Can you believe this guy? he holds a grudge like Khomeini! 🤣🤣🤣
insulted everything n got away w it...and is jewish...no one can do that.
I am just now watching the show for the first time. Rn i am on season 3 but love Mary's part in that episode. I think George & Mary r honestly perfect for eachother atleast that's what i think rn🤣🤣❤
She was the same woman with the accent that sells George the suit in the episode where the suit makes noise.
At least he ruined her cake.
Wait . . . wait. I gotta put on MY chocolate shirt. Then we'll be chocolate brothers.
The preg women is Natasha in the Elaine mannequin episode.
George missed out on a real "winner" with her. FH.
Is this the inspiration for The Gang Squash Their Beefs episode of ISAP?!
Yes!!!! This and the infamous finale are structured just like the gang squash their beefs.
Do u throw any other foods 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Wonder what is on the menu if you are cooking for a deity?
Angel food cake
Unimaginable foods....😌
The blonde at 4:28 is famous from Seinfeld history.
4:43 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Liar!
Is Leslie the same lady that played Natasha the saleswoman in The Pie Episode? Christine Dunford?
I'm getting Molly Shannon vibes from "Mary Contardi"
She definitely was NOT beautiful. She’s not even pretty.
has this been sped up?
Chawklawt
1:55 Larry David moment
pretty, pretty, pretty
" that is 12 hundred dollars Gauliter Dress"--didn't realize that was her.
"Listen, Natasha"
Boy, the women in this episode are not very pleasant
Artists and especially performance artists have often very self obsessed narcissist personalities I bet Larry met one or two😂😂😂
She must be newman's long lost sister
George in the car,,
Bosco?
Ahahaha
Wow! I wonder if this date actually happened to Larry David.. 🤔
Things like that happen to annoying little worms like George. Bravo 👏
Khoemani is a dated reference.
Wow
0:25 🌚
If George would have been a type-a and just move on, none of this would have happened :P
She's not even attractive. 🙄
It is called pourporia or potpourri.
How many times did elaine set george up?
4:13 the female newman
Not even close to beautiful
Damn, NOW I want chocolate cake, TOO!! Lol!!🧚👼😁😍🤩👌😀😃😘💪🤳
Mary stole the show.
I hate that woman
the show only really got good after kramer went to california...
LIAR!
The Worst Type of Women Ever.
Ruining the very shirt he was going to return…
