I feel that one of the most beautiful overlooked scenes in this show is when Jerry is talking to Kramer and gets a cup to fill it up while Elaine takes a carton of orange juice out of Jerry’s refrigerator. Elaine takes the cup from Jerry’s hand and fills it up with the orange juice to drink it. As the conversation between Kramer and Jerry continues Jerry takes the cup of orange juice out of Elaine’s hand and starts drinking out of it. Elaine then proceeds to drink straight out of the carton. As all this happens no one in the room ever addresses it and the conversation between Jerry and Kramer continued like nothing happened. Growing up in a Spanish speaking country, but fluent in English I did understand some of the jokes when I first moved to Canada/ However, several years later I started to understand them. Today this is my favorite show of all time. My family even presented me with the entire DVD collection some years ago. I think the way the characters were presented in hilarious. They are all amazing.
I used to watch this show from the age of 7 til I was into my teens with my dad. It ended when I was 8 but we always watched the re-runs. Such a great, timeless tv show!
Seinfeld is easily one of my favorite sitcoms. So delightfully quirky and awkward. A classic, in my opinion. But if you don't find it funny, I don't know what to tell you.
Many people have expressed the view that Jerry Seinfeld can't act. ( depending what definition of acting is used). Even an episode of Seinfeld poked fun at Jerry for not being able to act. My view is that in Seinfeld Jerry is absolutely perfect for the part. I couldn't imagine someone else playing his part.
Also, many have expressed the view that Seinfeld is a show about nothing. My view is 180 degrees in the opposite direction. Seinfeld shows EXACTLY how the human race is. All the personality types, the agendas, the nuances. ( in an hilarious way). Seinfeld is a show about everything.
Cause Jerry isn't an actor, he's a comedian. And I agree his role in the show doesn't require him to be a great actor, he's just kind of himself. Plus surrounded by talent such as Jason Alexander.
I remember growing up watching seinfeld with my dad and I never really got a lot of the jokes but it's grown on me like a fine aged scotch. This is the best sitcom ever produced, hands down.
Definitely one of the greatest for sure. I also grew up watching Seinfeld but alongside Cheers and Frasier which are also in my opinion just as good as Seinfeld in their own way. Friends speaks to you on a more emotional level that you can relate to in your relationships in real life, whereas Seinfeld requires you to have a sense of self awareness and the ability to laugh at yourself and others without being PC about it. Friends reaches out to mainstream audiences, but with Seinfeld, you either "get it" or you don't. For the people that "get it", the enjoyment level is far above anything Friends can ever give, and this is coming from a huge fan of Friends. i can think of 5 shows I find more appealing that came out since seinfeld: The Office, Community, the good place, BOJACK HORSEMAN, American Vandal. Seinfeld is not my favorite show because of these shows. American Vandal is the best example of satire, community makes fun of sitcoms in the best way, bojack is more of a depressing drama with comedic elements, the good place is witty and philosophical, and the office is just funny and cringy. These shows arent garbage in my opinion. You should check them out.
@@darthzhall Yeah I dont think Seinfeld would be that succesfull if it came back, It would atleast not be the number one sitcom again. However you shouldnt forget what kind of an impact Seinfeld have had on tv. Im not even sure some of the shows you mention would exist without Seinfeld. Its been such a huge influence on future sitcoms cause they created such timless humour and funny scenarios that still works in many situations today. I cant tell you how many times Ive seen a Seinfeld joke or scenario in another sitcom.
How do you guys rate Jerry Seinfeld's acting? I just saw he was nominated for an Emmy a few times (along with the other cast members) for best leading actor and I was very surprised. He was fine but to me you could always tell he was the one who wasn't an actual actor but it never bothered me partly because I assumed/knew he wasn't cast for his acting. He was the writer of the show that was named after him. But Jerry won more acting awards than Jason Alexander for Seinfeld (who was brilliant as George imo). Weird. Huge huge fan of the show though!
Strange...George and Kramer were far and away the best actors of the 4 main characters. Elaine and Kerry weren't bad but not even close to the other two.
Seinfeld was so good, When the show ended - Jerry got married & stayed home to be a dad. - When interviewed by Charlie Rose, he said, he enjoys being at home for his kids & telling jokes to them ! I love a man w. an appreciation for life.💕🤗👍🏼
One of the best shows I have watched with my family with George Costanza being my favorite character for how relatable he comes across however all of the main characters are great. Seinfeld is one of those sitcoms which will be remembered not only for defining comedy but also for creating timeless characters and scenarios which almost all of us could relate to.
I grow up on Seinfeld I was young like 6 years old I watch it with my family while we was eating dinner miss those days u actually interact with your family was born in 92 before cellphone all that stuff we would watch Seinfeld as a family eat together how I miss good old days technology just ruined everything nowadays now we don't know how to even talk to people in person
I kind of missed Seinfeld (born in the 90's, grew up on Friends and loved it) but looking back I can see how the quality of Seinfeld's humor is better than Friends'. Growing up I thought Seinfeld was a crappy old show with ugly people in it (Superficial much? Everyone in Friends is hot, something I now find weird). Now I just feel sorry for my younger self for missing out and like I need to go watch the show. Idk if other young millenials feel like they don't get older people's humor and I have a theory that it's because of Seinfeld, or the Seinfeld/Friends dichotomy. And then there are other shows like Chappelle's Show, Will & Grace, It's Always Sunny but I think Seinfeld had the most impact on a generation. Another thing: I can actually believe that the Seinfeld characters live in New York. The Friends characters look like they're from Colorado. Ok maybe not Colorado, but someplace that's definitely not New York.
Ugly people? Elaine was hot, and most of Jerry's girlfriends were hot, and a lot of other women were too who appeared on the show. Go back and watch some episodes, you can on TBS, and see. I don't know what it was about women in the 90s, they just so sensual and they didn't wear that much makeup to make themselves look beautiful, it was natural.
You know who I feel sorry for ? The crew of this and any other sitcom: they cannot experience the same laughter as the viewers because they have already seen all the jokes while filming but without the storytelling of the episodes. What a shame...
I have been watching this show since I was young. I have overlooked how genius and clever this show is. I just started to like and enjoy this show. Best show behind arrested development and grounded for life.
It’s weird how people actually come to you tube search for things they don’t like then comment about how they don’t like it. It says a lot about who they are as people
The way I see it they just feel upset they can't enjoy something everyone else does and want to be in on it but can't despite said efforts its all perfectly natural in its irrationality I don't blame them but they could be doing better but everyone can after all
'You'd really like him.' 'Why do people always say that? I hate everybody, why would I like him?' I laughed so hard, that was the exact moment I saw that we had a lot in common, that and our love for Superman.
Seinfeld is something you start watching, think "It's not that funny but I have to watch the next one". Before you know it, you're watching the third series nearly choking on your food watching it because it's that funny. For Example "S03E05 - The Pen" when he goes to his parents in Florida. This comedy is just a masterclass.
When Seinfeld was on the air I wasn't impressed at first. It wasn't until it went into syndication that I really appreciated this sitcom. Now I just love it.
I recently when for an MRI and I had to be in there anywhere up to 40min - they asked me what music I wanted to listen to while I was in there with the headphones on and I said Seinfeld 😂. It was the quickest MRI I’ve ever had, just so you all know it’s an option 😂

If Seinfeld came back, even for one year, it would blow out all of the garbage on TV today.
i can think of 5 shows I find more appealing that came out since seinfeld: The Office, Community, the good place, BOJACK HORSEMAN, American Vandal.
I cant tell you how many times Ive seen a Seinfeld joke or scenario in another sitcom.
ya cant go back
Just watch curb
Zack Hall community would not make it without all of the original actors
The best comedy ever made! Very, very, clever! We still watch all the repeats, and never get bored! 🤗
Us too
Best show EVER.
"These pretzels...are making me thirsty!!"
I heard this in suits. I didn't understand it at the time but after finding out the joke , in have a much better appreciation
@@henryallis791 dude i just get to this now lol
How do you guys rate Jerry Seinfeld's acting? I just saw he was nominated for an Emmy a few times (along with the other cast members) for best leading actor and I was very surprised. He was fine but to me you could always tell he was the one who wasn't an actual actor but it never bothered me partly because I assumed/knew he wasn't cast for his acting. He was the writer of the show that was named after him. But Jerry won more acting awards than Jason Alexander for Seinfeld (who was brilliant as George imo). Weird. Huge huge fan of the show though!
I think he plays a jackass pretty well.
Strange...George and Kramer were far and away the best actors of the 4 main characters. Elaine and Kerry weren't bad but not even close to the other two.
*Jerry
Jada Green Saddens me Alexander didn't win an emmy. He earned it.
I couldn't care less about Seinfeld's "acting". The point is, he was FUNNY, and his show was funny.
I just started watching this in 2020
Thanks so much for sharing this! Seinfeld was a unique series.
Top tier anime
Rani Hanna Ya that character Jerry is drawn so well. And Kramer is quite the guy, I want him as a friend...too bad he's a racist.
can someone explain this joke to me
TheAndehh its funny
Rani Hanna this aiint anime.. wrong msg wrong place.
Rani Hanna In what episode do they show the rasengan?.
“You know my friend bob sacamano?” “I thought that was Kramer’s friend!” Hahahahahaha
Seinfeld was so good,
When the show ended - Jerry got married & stayed home to be a dad. - When interviewed by Charlie Rose, he said, he enjoys being at home for his kids & telling jokes to them !
I love a man w. an appreciation for life.💕🤗👍🏼
This may just be the best collection of Seinfeld classic moments I've ever seen
I lost it and spat my coffee out when the hobo said the government !!!!
Haha, same here!
Best sitcom of all time. Hands down! The first season was a little creaky but from then on it was comedy gold!
Not better than It's always sunny in Philadelphia. It's 1st season is good, plus the rest.
👍 agree
I love Elaine's reactions in the first scene while Jerry is ranting.
Remember the blooper reel. The car reservation, poor Julia (Elaine) was CRYING laughing and had trouble getting through the scene.
I just started watching this show, and I’m hooked! It’s hilarious. Kramer is my fave 😂
Does the "funny" come in Part 2?
One of the best shows I have watched with my family with George Costanza being my favorite character for how relatable he comes across however all of the main characters are great.
Seinfeld is one of those sitcoms which will be remembered not only for defining comedy but also for creating timeless characters and scenarios which almost all of us could relate to.
best sitcom ever !!!
its an anime
Pirado & Animado Friends is better.
"Friend is better" hahahahahahhahahah
Oto Shamanadze you can laugh, but it won't stop being true
Oto Shamanadze There's nothing funny about his comment. It's his opinion.
george yelling the pretzels line out of the window is brilliant
The best sitcom ever ...and to see Jerry play The London Palladium in 1998 ..just amazing
Seinfeld is not just a tv show, it’s a life
Hate this english dub
Ikr? It's terrible
+Iamangrywithjo idiots
+Rarirama FUCKING FRANK
+Rarirama These rice balls are making me thirsty.
Sub is better
who else remembers watching this show as a little kid and never ever stopped laughing infront of the tv.
I started watching Seinfeld when I was 10, I'm 14 now and still loving it
are you 20 now?
I grow up on Seinfeld I was young like 6 years old I watch it with my family while we was eating dinner miss those days u actually interact with your family was born in 92 before cellphone all that stuff we would watch Seinfeld as a family eat together how I miss good old days technology just ruined everything nowadays now we don't know how to even talk to people in person
True :(
The roommate switch sequence was the best. The music. Pure gold.
Seinfeld is for intelligent people, Friends is for stupid simple mind/easy laugh morons that would never get to this show's level, as simple as that.
Meanwhile Fagiston is ugly. Cox is OK. And Kudrow is average.
And those guys on the show are ugly. Jerry was more handsome than those fellas
Yeah , they sure are "ugly".......send them my way then ,i wont mind :p
@@robjackson5245 if u mean Aniston is ugly.....bro bro need some eye check up
You know who I feel sorry for ? The crew of this and any other sitcom: they cannot experience the same laughter as the viewers because they have already seen all the jokes while filming but without the storytelling of the episodes.
What a shame...
But theyve also got adlibs and off script jokes by the actors. Not to mention the outtakes. Tbh i think they got the better deal.
"These Pretzels.......... ARE MAKIN' ME THIRSTY!" lol
Loved this compilation!! Seinfeld never gets old to me. :)
It’s remarkable how self absorbed yet illustrative for it.
One of my favorite moments, was when George was eating the snickers bar with a fork and knife. XD
How do you eat it, with your hands??
I have been watching this show since I was young. I have overlooked how genius and clever this show is. I just started to like and enjoy this show. Best show behind arrested development and grounded for life.
These pretzels,.... are making me thirsty! Classic moment haha
I find it interesting how much I get the jokes now but not as a kid, but since I didn’t get it as a kid I could still watch it.
It’s weird how people actually come to you tube search for things they don’t like then comment about how they don’t like it. It says a lot about who they are as people
That's deep, man. 😂
The way I see it they just feel upset they can't enjoy something everyone else does and want to be in on it but can't despite said efforts its all perfectly natural in its irrationality I don't blame them but they could be doing better but everyone can after all
Ya like J A Z Z ?
Carrot Slice ya like S M O O T H J A Z Z ?
Ya like J A Z Z Fusion?
Acid jazz?
Ya like Jazz?

No matter how many times i watch Seinfeld i laugh my ass off. Easily the best sitcom ever
Yup 👍 agree
I coughed so hard until i started laughing, now my room has put my family in isolation
George is my favorite 🤣 "these pretzels are making me thirsty!!!"
Best American show ever.
Greatest show ever!
😂✌yip, J. Seinfield handled that PERFECTLY. Love his sarcastic, sharp as a sword,& at same time delivered with CLASS.
2:36 LOL it took me a moment to realize what was wrong :D best show
I can’t believe how much effort went into this!
I’ve never seen a minute of Seinfeld so I’ll watch this to see why it’s so good.
That's exactly what I'm doing
'You'd really like him.'
'Why do people always say that? I hate everybody, why would I like him?'
I laughed so hard, that was the exact moment I saw that we had a lot in common, that and our love for Superman.
words CANNOT describe how genius seinfeld is.
"If I had known this sort of thing was frowned upon..."
I gotta plead the fifth here.
This would be the best Christmas present ever! The first one is such a classic 😅
I just love the music from 8:40
- does anyone know the title?
@Ahmcl / Thank you very much
- I really appreciate it!!!
TV Guide named Seinfeld greatest tv show of all time.
I think certainly the greatest comedy of all time, without question.
Overrated as fck
Seinfeld is something you start watching, think "It's not that funny but I have to watch the next one". Before you know it, you're watching the third series nearly choking on your food watching it because it's that funny. For Example "S03E05 - The Pen" when he goes to his parents in Florida. This comedy is just a masterclass.
The goverment LOL
When Seinfeld was on the air I wasn't impressed at first. It wasn't until it went into syndication that I really appreciated this sitcom. Now I just love it.
George coming out of Jerry’s bathroom putting his shirt back on. 😭the way Kramer looks at the bathroom and back at George
Seinfeld is great....but lets be honest, Curb Your Enthusiasm is on another level
Curb always makes me depressed.
I love Seinfeld and I find curb to be a sad show, Seinfeld always cheer me up!
This is my favorite anime
LOL! Etz not anime! It's live action.
816Maxx. Why do people call this an anime
U made my day lmao
Don't Care Because it's a fuckin meme, how long does it take for you to find out if everyone is saying it?
David Ringlein It's for everyone. Second, it's a joke.
This show is honestly gorgeous haha. I’m happy my dad made me watch this. 😅
2020. Still loving this show.
13 years later and its still gold jerry...gold
best tv show by far
I love how all jerrys friend just come in and eat his food all the time lol
I recently when for an MRI and I had to be in there anywhere up to 40min - they asked me what music I wanted to listen to while I was in there with the headphones on and I said Seinfeld 😂. It was the quickest MRI I’ve ever had, just so you all know it’s an option 😂
Lol. 🤣🤣😂😂
The car reservation scene is my absolute favourite scene in Seinfeld. No 25 seems way too low.
The jazz theme of that last clip makes me feel melancholy for some reason like remembering past times
