- Today i bring to you 3 EASY COOKIES RECIPE, EGG-LESS & WITHOUT OVEN. it's delicious & healthy for you & your kids. Hope you like it.
Ingredients & Process:
5 TABLESPOON MELTED BUTTER
1/2 CUP POWDER SUGAR
MIX IT WELL
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1/2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
JUST A PINCH BAKING SODA
3 TABLESPOON LIQUID MILK
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS (DON'T OVER KNEAD)
DIVIDE THE DOUGH IN 3 PARTS
1 TABLESPOON CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1 TABLESPOON RAINBOW SPRINKLES
2 TEASPOON COCOA POWDER
1 TABLESPOON CHOCOLATE CHIPS
TAKE 2 TABLESPOON FROM EACH DOUGH
MAKE ROUND SHAPE & FLATTEN WITH PLUM
COOKIES IS READY BUT STILL HOT & SOFT
COOL IT IN A COOLING RACK THEN SERVE

Today only I tried this recipe. It turned out really really well. As my dough was really soft so I need to add the maida and more sugar to maintain it. That's why each batch of cookie took me 60 min to cook.

I saw this before when i want to make a cookies but i don't have oven, 3 years ago i think, with the help of it i learned to make a cookies, no matter how hard it is, make a way or find a way to do want you want or achieve. And now that i have my own oven, i came back here to do it again ahihi.

Can i use ghee instead of butter?
i made the chocolate chip ones, but i accidentally added too much melted butter and too less flour. but even with that it’s really good! i’ll give it an 8/10🍪

I have a doubt... since we're baking it like cake, wont the cookies be soft? Do they become hard and crunchy by just cooling then?
Cookies aren't supposed to be hard and crunchy. They're soft and chewy

I saw these and thought it was my fiest time so divided the recipe in half by maths and it turned out to be amazinggg 🤤 now i regret not doing the full recipe😓

The cookies turned out really well, everyone loved it. The only drawback was that they became soft after 4 hours or so even after storing in air tight containers...any suggestions as to how to prevent this?
