I have to try this recipe looks interesting ! But one thing I noticed was the cut in the middle . It is usually done for a reason not just split the middle just for the heck of it . You split the middle of the dough so you can pull it left and right to stretch , that’s how croissant gets the long curve in the corner . Not split it so u can put it back to the same shape again before rolling it .
I don’t know why people are not able to achieve the result but mine came out just perfect !!! Thank you so much.. and yes i kept it in the oven for about 25mins.
Because the recipie is shown as "NO OVEN" . So ppl are following the same. It may be gud for oven but doesnt give same result in pan as shown in video.
This recipe went a bit different than on anyother channel.... They spread and put loads of butter and then make layers.. but honestly this method is much more compatible and easy.. yet generate the absolutely falky crroisants...loved it❤❤❤

This is a must try! I tried this recipe and it is amazing!! Just my dough was a bit hard, try to improvise a bit there according to your convenience and it is cooked better in Oven for 20 mins instead of pan :) Hope this helps.

I am 100% sure that this ain’t done in the pan. Top browning is not possible in a pan. That’s purely fake.

Well I would advice you to cook it at a very very low flame. Me I didn't take a RISK to cook it in a pan, that's why i used an oven.
