    I moved the Saturday one up to today because I like to get the longer ones done in the earlier part of the week and because I take weekends off. This was a great exercise, PJ. And it was so nice to hear again of your trip to Italy. When my husband and I went several years ago, we had no plans, except for a visit to my Mom’s family in Italy, no reservations, no obligations. Three weeks of meandering. We fell in love with Sorrento and made that our home base for 5 days. Such good memories!😊

    This was a great workout! The older I am getting the less bells and whistles I want in my workouts,
    a "keep it simple" workout is what i crave these days and this satisfied that craving! Thank you for sharing this and this will be on repeat for me!

    HI PJ - bloody loved this workout. I used to do your workouts 3 times a week last year and felt my best and strongest heading into PeriMeno (48 now). I stopped for about 6 months due to family illness and heartbreak, boy did I age in those 6 months. So happy to be back learning muscle strengthening again with you. Glad you had a great time in Italy. If your tour of England brings you near Oxford, you and LH are welcome in our house! XX

    Absolutely loved this workout today. Much needed and I have definitely noticed improvement with my strength by using heavier dumbbells than usual 💪🏻. Owe that all to you and your workouts with instructions ❤thank you PJ!

    Loved this workout! I saw the 50 min length and didn't think I was up for it, but told myself I take hourlong fitness classes without complaining so why not (SO funny that you mentioned this!). That the last third was yummy deep stretches was such a treat. Will definitely be doing this one again!

    Thank you for keeping abreast of the most current information regarding getting the most from our workouts! This is why I work out with you because I feel like you take the time to plan workouts that will actually benefit us. I'm especially interested in building bone in my spine and hips, but everywhere too! Loved the stretches. I admit I skip the stretches sometimes, but I feel so relaxed after doing those stretches!

    Love this workout! Funny - I tested positive for Covid within 24 hours of returning from your beautiful country! (I was there in September) Then my LH tested positive about 2 days later. He was none too happy with me!

    Saw the timestamp and thought ‘No Way’, but glad I did it. Great routine. And you’re right, I used to routinely do 45-60 minute workouts, or a ‘boot camp’ followed by a yoga.
