I moved the Saturday one up to today because I like to get the longer ones done in the earlier part of the week and because I take weekends off. This was a great exercise, PJ. And it was so nice to hear again of your trip to Italy. When my husband and I went several years ago, we had no plans, except for a visit to my Mom’s family in Italy, no reservations, no obligations. Three weeks of meandering. We fell in love with Sorrento and made that our home base for 5 days. Such good memories!😊

Loved this workout! I saw the 50 min length and didn't think I was up for it, but told myself I take hourlong fitness classes without complaining so why not (SO funny that you mentioned this!). That the last third was yummy deep stretches was such a treat. Will definitely be doing this one again!

This is why I work out with you because I feel like you take the time to plan workouts that will actually benefit us. I'm especially interested in building bone in my spine and hips, but everywhere too! Loved the stretches. I admit I skip the stretches sometimes, but I feel so relaxed after doing those stretches!
Loved the workout! I stopped after a couple stretches since this was an early morning work day, so I'll do the stretches later. I'm glad I didn't skip it!

Love this workout! Funny - I tested positive for Covid within 24 hours of returning from your beautiful country! (I was there in September) Then my LH tested positive about 2 days later. He was none too happy with me!
Saw the timestamp and thought ‘No Way’, but glad I did it. Great routine. And you’re right, I used to routinely do 45-60 minute workouts, or a ‘boot camp’ followed by a yoga.
