    This is a good one! I love when you combine cardio and strength in the same workout. I had a bit of trouble coordinating my moves on the first set of exercises but the beauty of working out from home is that no one else sees that!

    Oh my!!! What a stonking session!!! I LOVED this 💪By lunch time I could definitely feel my shoulders, hamstrings, and glutes! So cool doing new workouts and I loved this slightly different way of doing an EMOM. Once I got into the flow it was an awesome challenge. Absolutely bloomin epic PJ, best Wednesday morning ever!!😂 thank you 😊

    THIS WAS BRUTAL. But I did it and feel proud of myself. But most of all, I feel grateful for you, PJ. When my younger friends in their late 60s and early, I realize I’ve come a long way in my goal to stay mobile, strong, and balanced. Thank you once more.

    Thanks PJ! I have saved this to my favorite PJ! I loved the work out, seeing Bella and heard u touching knee instead of shoes during shuffle. I struggle a lot for windmill and hope I can get it right and better next time! I burnt 240kal for the past 53mins

    Epic is just the word! I went down a weight in dumbbells for the left shoulder windmill which really helped. Great workout

    That was great. Very sweaty but feeling good. Those windmills were especially challenging. Definitely had one side more flexible than the other. I need to work on that stiff side. Thx PJ. I loved it.

    A few years ago I was introduced to the “windmill.” For me, it’s right up there with the “burpee.”
    Didn’t like it then, don’t like it now, but I understand it’s purpose. My lateral hips are tight so it makes the form tougher. I know it’s good for me so I will reluctantly keep at it. 👍

    Another nice one PJ ! ....struggled with that damn kneeling windmill lol...loved the rest especially the little one at the end super fun to do that one :P Went for my walk after this and even avoided the rain :)

    Whoa-ho-ho! This workout belongs in the “Best of PJ” file, wouldn’t you agree? From two years ago? How did I miss this one? 🤔 I used an assortment of weights, and no weight for the half-kneeling windmill, because I had much better form without. I know the reason I’m feeling a sense of accomplishment is because you are such an amazing trainer. Your detailed preview of the EMOM moves, and all the others, for that matter, set me up for success while doing a very challenging workout. Five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ from warm-up to that yummy stretch at the end. I also “love the sound of the last round,” no matter how great the workout was! 😊 Thanks, PJ!❤

    This was my second time doing this work out. The windmills were a bit easier without weight, so my form’s better.

    That was hard 😬 and it will be good to get further reach the more times I do those very difficult windmills. Could only get the fingers to the ground to start with then got to the back of the hand then wrist - aiming for the elbow like you 🤭 Thanks PJ

    This was EPIC!!!! I loved it! EMOM, strength, tabata...what more could a girl want??? My 10 year old son thought the quick feet were hilarious. Funny...it's animal hair tumbleweed season on the east coast 🤣

    I found the windmills not too bad, I think because of all the standing ones I've done with you. 🤔
    The toughest for me was plank push-ups and rows...for some reason my elbows and wrists just were not having it!! 😅
    Amazing workout 💪

    LOL! One of my dogs has learned to listen for the “horn of mercy” (my name for it) at the end of each of your workouts, PJ - Hana comes running down to the basement to start licking my sweaty forehead (TMI, I know - sorry everyone 🥵).

    Why is it that we have to have lower heart rate before we rest ? How low should it get before I stop moving?
