That was great. Very sweaty but feeling good. Those windmills were especially challenging. Definitely had one side more flexible than the other. I need to work on that stiff side. Thx PJ. I loved it.
A few years ago I was introduced to the “windmill.” For me, it’s right up there with the “burpee.” Didn’t like it then, don’t like it now, but I understand it’s purpose. My lateral hips are tight so it makes the form tougher. I know it’s good for me so I will reluctantly keep at it. 👍

Whoa-ho-ho! This workout belongs in the “Best of PJ” file, wouldn’t you agree? From two years ago? How did I miss this one? 🤔 I used an assortment of weights, and no weight for the half-kneeling windmill, because I had much better form without. I know the reason I’m feeling a sense of accomplishment is because you are such an amazing trainer. Your detailed preview of the EMOM moves, and all the others, for that matter, set me up for success while doing a very challenging workout. Five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ from warm-up to that yummy stretch at the end. I also “love the sound of the last round,” no matter how great the workout was! 😊 Thanks, PJ!❤

I found the windmills not too bad, I think because of all the standing ones I've done with you. 🤔 The toughest for me was plank push-ups and rows...for some reason my elbows and wrists just were not having it!! 😅 Amazing workout 💪
