🏴 I listened to my body this morning when my alarm went off at 4.55am to do the workout & I stayed in bed until 6am I have just completed workout after work & school run, now time to sort dinner 🙄😁 taken me a long time to listen to my body & not put pressure on myself to workout! Great workout as always 💪🏻
I like this circuit workout. 🙌 I used 17.5# for the goblet squat, then 15#,12#,10# as needed, and 5# for the alternating snatches. I’m feeling it, and it was fun! 🤩 Thanks, PJ!❤

LOVED this workout! I always love when "mini you" gives us alternatives.Dumbbells worked great today and I was able to use my 15lb. so it looks like I might need to kick it up a notch and order some heavier dumbbells! Thanks for keeping me strong PJ!!
What a quick, fun workout PJ! This one seemed absolutely seamless (although I know from the Blooper Reel that you work hard to make it look that way). I was in the group using dumbbells and appreciated how well it flowed. Saving this one to my favorites. It’s been fun to watch you grow from the old videos in your fitness studio! ❤
This dumbbell circuit WAS madness! - in the best possible way! I used my 20’s for the quad row, and worked my way down in weights as needed. Thanks for this great OFF release, PJ!❤
A great workout (as always!)! Since you trained us so well, I knew enough to lift heavier on some moves and lighter on another (listen to your body ❤)--I even pushed myself further by using the bosu for the presses 💪 You are absolutely The BEST personal trainer ever ❤❤❤❤❤

I exercise outside, so the first couple of times your TRX squeaked, I thought it was a new type of bird in town. Was about to pause to turn on my birding app to try to identify it. 😂
