    This is one of my favorites! Thanks for the “invite “ to OFF. I am seriously considering moving to the OFF platform, but I’m concerned that canceling my Patreon subscription will be an issue because of the automatic renewal payment. It renews in February. I can’t afford both. I know the office is closed until January 2. I’ll log in there on January 3. Today’s max bpm 138. Triceps will always wave whenever I do, but they appreciated the attention in today’s workout.

    This is one of my favorite workouts! “Don’t rush the reps,” is a great reminder. Every time I do this workout, I’m in a different frame of mind, but that doesn’t matter. I always benefit from it! You know you’re a genius, right? 🧑‍🎓

    🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 I listened to my body this morning when my alarm went off at 4.55am to do the workout & I stayed in bed until 6am I have just completed workout after work & school run, now time to sort dinner 🙄😁 taken me a long time to listen to my body & not put pressure on myself to workout!

    I like this circuit workout. 🙌 I used 17.5# for the goblet squat, then 15#,12#,10# as needed, and 5# for the alternating snatches. I’m feeling it, and it was fun! 🤩 Thanks, PJ!❤

    Aaaaaa yes the TRX love itttt i start using my moderate weight to warm up the shoulders as we went through the circuit i went onto my heavies
    My TRX squeaks too 😅
    Nothing like a tricep burn 🔥
    Cheers legend as always sweat was on breath heavy you never fail to show us a bloody good workout

    LOVED this workout! I always love when "mini you" gives us alternatives.Dumbbells worked great today and I was able to use my 15lb. so it looks like I might need to kick it up a notch and order some heavier dumbbells! Thanks for keeping me strong PJ!!

    What a quick, fun workout PJ! This one seemed absolutely seamless (although I know from the Blooper Reel that you work hard to make it look that way). I was in the group using dumbbells and appreciated how well it flowed. Saving this one to my favorites. It’s been fun to watch you grow from the old videos in your fitness studio! ❤

    This dumbbell circuit WAS madness! - in the best possible way! I used my 20’s for the quad row, and worked my way down in weights as needed. Thanks for this great OFF release, PJ!❤

    A great workout (as always!)! Since you trained us so well, I knew enough to lift heavier on some moves and lighter on another (listen to your body ❤)--I even pushed myself further by using the bosu for the presses 💪 You are absolutely The BEST personal trainer ever ❤❤❤❤❤

    Still love this workout! The Snatches are my favorite! I can't seem to do the Hang Cleans correctly. Any alternative for those? Looking forward to the Limitless Challenge on Tuesday 😁
