I loved this workout. I like no repeat, however I really love how you educate with each move. I am discovering why I had pain after workouts. This was 😎 It was 90 today. I needed a lighter workout.
I REALLY like this one! And watching Mushi and Kitaro play in a box with tissue paper and a toy mouse made the workout fly by ;) I now recommend two kittens for any workout area- two are even cuter than one ;) And it took lots of practice, but my cleans are finally perfect and my body knows just what to do. Thanks for an awesome lower body workout PJ- loved it!

When doing the quad stretch holding the foot, I have to hold the foot with the opposite hand. My ROM is limited.
