    I loved this workout. I like no repeat, however I really love how you educate with each move. I am discovering why I had pain after workouts. This was 😎 It was 90 today. I needed a lighter workout.

    After the 10 mile bike ride I did yesterday and then this workout today, my legs/hips/glutes are toast! 🤣 Great workout!

    I REALLY like this one! And watching Mushi and Kitaro play in a box with tissue paper and a toy mouse made the workout fly by ;) I now recommend two kittens for any workout area- two are even cuter than one ;) And it took lots of practice, but my cleans are finally perfect and my body knows just what to do. Thanks for an awesome lower body workout PJ- loved it!

    Actually liked the dumbbell complex! Maybe because it was short and sweet and I felt it! Great leg workout too! Whew!

    Thanks PJ. It was a great, "terrible" workout, in a good way. Hahaha. It was very tiring. I bet my legs are stronger now. I think I need to eat more before these workouts. I just had a banana before and will have breakfast now after the workout. Thanks PJ for your videos.

    When doing the quad stretch holding the foot, I have to hold the foot with the opposite hand. My ROM is limited.
