    Day 4- great upper body workout. Flight attendant here- the best time to step to the back of the plane is when they are doing the service. I'm base on the east coast of the US but if you ever are on one of my flights, you are welcome to do yoga anytime. ✈️

    Made it through day 4 although I am finding it more challenging than the 21 day challenge. I’m 72 with osteopenia going to give myself Over 50 Fitness for Christmas. I’m so glad I found you!

    LOL LOL LOL Pretend real hard it's me! You are hilarious!!!!! This was challenging and a great upper body! I am 70 and I have been doing walk outs with you for three years post covid. I hope that lady keeps doing them and always add more. Thank you amazing PJ!!!!

    It now plays completely although mini PJ does chat from time to time for a few seconds. Doesn't matter, I love the no repeat. I can give my best for each exercise because I know it's not coming back. Loved it.

    Caught a nasty flu/cold beginning of December and it had me out commission till after Christmas! So I am now doing the challenge after Christmas 🎄. 70 yrs young and able to do those walk outs no problem!!!

    This no repeat workout was great! I used 3# to 17.5 # and everything in between. I really felt my inner thighs when doing the walkouts. Day 4 ✔️ Thanks, PJ!❤

    That was a nice change from yesterday! man is my lower body feeling it. I think my upperbody will feel it tomorrow Great workout! 💪

    This one is a keeper! One of the best arms/shoulders workout. It’s also fun, and you have a great sense of humor, that makes me smile while doing the hard work.

    Fabulous PJ. I am 73 years young. I was successful with ALL the drills. I did use lighter weights.

    I was supposed to do this challenge only after the holidays, but I couldn't resist...and I'm enjoying it so much. PJ, you never fail to keep it new, interesting and fun!     Day 4 done ✅ weather report from uk very wet and grey ! So at least I’ve done something. I’m working Christmas which means no dinner to cook should be all done by the time i get home , perfect .

    This was great. One I will come back to for sure. (did you know we can hear Mini me and Big Me at the same time, or maybe your voice is imprinted in my head, not sure, not too worried, but its a new feature!).

    Now that was fun I used everything from 6 pounds to 16 pounds and I'm soooo delighted my shoulder hasn't given out once

    That was a great arm workout! I am definitely feeling it. As for my legs from yesterday, I couldn't do the copenhagen's like they were supposed to, so I'm not feeling it in my inner thighs. However, my thighs are definitely telling me I exercised yesterday. 😂
