I’m so happy I recently discovered you! I’m a 69 year old retired CSCS with spinal stenosis and nerve pain down my left leg. I’m anticipating surgery in the future so I’m trying to keep as strong as possible. Although I have had to drop down in weights used and have had to modify some of the exercises, you have kept me moving! Thank you for your attention to proper form and your exercise knowledge. I feel like I’m in good hands!

I couldn't conceive of holding my 20 lb rowing weight above my head for the lunges, so I used the 10 lbs. Yay, PJ! Exercise done, now off to my niece's wedding for the weekend.
